Dear Customer Care,
I am dissatisfied with the results and service as a result of incorrect results reports, and they are also experts in conducting tests and failed to conduct one simple test related to Potassium due to some technical reason even after giving a blood sample a second time.
Also, as per the package, I am supposed to get a doctor's consultation, but that has not happened. So on this basis, please refund the amount failing to cover services committed. Was this information helpful? |
