Sir, I, Dr. Sandip Karmakar booked a slot from 6 am to 7 am for some blood investigations of my father(Joydeb Karmakar) on 12.04.20121(Order No: D344842) through PharmEasy. But unfortunately no technician has turned up till 08.10 am. My father is in fasting since last night for collection of blood samples. In this situation I would like to complain against the concerned authority for such kind of irresposible activity. Plz. do the needful. with thanks.
