Thyrocare — the reports were false.... | |||||
I am Ravinder kaur (40/f) from Delhi, On 25 june 2018 i got a metabolic profile A, Fbs, Pth done from thyrocare for 3250 Rs...when i got the report my phosphorus levels were very alarming at 13.7 mg/dl (range 2.4 - 5.1 mg/dl) thyrocare saying Arthritis...when i showed it to an orthopedic, he asked me to get it checked again as he doubted the report.When i called thyrocare, no1 from the lab got in touch with me till 2 days, i had to keep calling them myself...as if they dont give a damn..i got the test done again from Dr lal path and the report came normal 3.61mg/dl (2.40 - 4.40)..i informed thyrocare and they said thier report is of 13.7 is correct..it created confusion and i got my test done the third time from Dr dangs lab..The report came normal 3.61 mg/dl(2.5- 4.5)...i called thyrocare again and told them about it and also email to them all the reports and invoices and they replied to me saying that thier report of 13.7 mg/dl is correct and hence they will not refund my money..THIS IS TOO MUCH NOW...DO U THINK U CAN FOOL PEOPLE LIKE THIS especially when my doctor, lal report, dang report are saying i am normal, why should i believe i have phosphorus toxicity.. THYROCARE IS PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES, Even when we have proved you wrong, the company is shameless to not accept thier mistake and apologise. i want a written apology from you by take responsibility of the entire incident and also refunding my money because you are not trustworthy at all.
