Have redeemed 3 coupons with SBI RuPay card for aarogyam package. When trying to book appointment, they are saying zip code is not serviceable. That's fine
1. I asked them where is nearest zip code where it is serviceable? No answer, they are saying they don't know?
I have to tell zip code. I gave 3 to 4 zip code, not serviceable.
I am again asking them what is the nearest zip code where it is serviceable? No answer, they are asking for zip code.
1. First person I call Yusuf had very poor English and hung up the call when he could not answer
2. Second person is also saying same thing, asking for zip code. Not willing to listen repeating and things like radio.
WhatsApp response is also pathetic. There is a center near me and they are online is different and offline is different. Other competitors like doctor diagnostics and lalpath labs have much better experience.
Very poor experience to book appointment. Will never choose thyrocare again.
Have Never seen a worst customer support and appointment Booking experience in my life.
