Really feeling bad for choosing tic fiber due to its failure to provide good quality network.
1) poor speeds - always fails to maintain the speeds at the peak hours.
2) poor stability - the network speeds always tend to lower during the need, i have opted for 100 mbps speed 2000 gb data plan, morning i use to get proper speeds but as the time goes the speed also goes down. Most of the time i will get 10mbps download and 0.5mbps upload
3) worst customer care - they say 24/7 but after evening 5pm mostly no response, especially sunday even if you do 100 calls no response from them.
Ticfiber really needs to upgrade their servers and systems to provide better and quality network. Their price and plans are excellent but failing to maintain quality will make customers unhappy : (
