Tic Fiber Broadband Complaints & Reviews

I made payment for the plan "TIC_KBM_10MBPS_200GB" at 11 pm and 1:30 pm today. It showed payment successful at first. But it showed payment failed later.

I have applied for the tic fibre internet service from the office of the manavalanagar, tiruvallur and using it for the past one year. I requested the office to change the rtn for the sake of conveneince . I made the appeal many times but no response from the office. I am frustrated and a smple job is not done then how can they get the satisfied customers ? pl find a solution

Really feeling bad for choosing tic fiber due to its failure to provide good quality network.

1) poor speeds - always fails to maintain the speeds at the peak hours.

2) poor stability - the network speeds always tend to lower during the need, i have opted for 100 mbps speed 2000 gb data plan, morning i use to get proper speeds but as the time goes the speed also goes down. Most of the time i will get 10mbps download...
