Emailed the complete details of duplicate charges. No response. Called customer service, she said she will call me back in few hours. No contact. My office called 100’s of times, they don’t answer phone calls.
Are you guys in a business of taking money and not being responsible for it? We pay a booking charge and that entitles the customer a prompt response and better customer service.
