Ticketgenie India — Money deducted 3 times but didn't get hockey ticket

I book tickets for Hockey Pro League at Rourkela scheduled in 12, 13, 15 march 2023, my Payment is successful but ticket not received, customer care number is always busy or not receiving the call. Please help
