I have booked the ticket but I have not received any QR codes or ticket receipt but still the amount has been deducted from my account. Please look into the issue and help me return my money back.

I have booked the IPL tickets but i have not received any tickets since transaction failed but my amount was deducted. Please do the needful ASAP by refunding the amount.
