I tried to book three tickets to the Tamil movie “Beast” 4.00pm show on 13th April. I did the booking on 6th April around 10.30pm and I think for that reason of it being late night the transaction didn’t happen. The money got deducted but it kept showing an error message with two options continue and get refund and I couldn’t press either of them. And the next day morning it finally showed that the money will be refunded to me. It’s been 14 days and I still haven’t got my refund I also mailed the ticketnew support email few days ago and I tried contacting their customer care number plenty of times and got really disappointed with their service each time when it said that they are not able to answer now, try later. So please refund my money as soon as possible. The number I’ve logged in the app is [protected]. And I’ve also attached a screenshot of the details of the ticket.
