I tried booking 2 tickets for the movie don for Ganesh cinemas Anakaputhur by Ticketnew app on 22nd may but the tickets weren't booked and the money was deducted. When I tried for the second time, the tickets were booked but the amount for the first online transaction is not yet refunded. I want the amount to be refunded soon.

I have made purchase on ticket new through ticketsnew app my amount R's 826.99 has been debited but I have not get ticket do I want to refund my amount to my bank

My account has been debited for booking 2 tickets of Rs.210/- today at around 4.30pm. But I didnt get any receipt for the payment for seat no. 8&9 B row (centre). I have entered by mail id also

Worst service not even knew how to speak to customers rude dont book tickets with them .

In my Case amount was debited but the tickets were not confirmed due to internet conectivity issue. But i got my amount back after 3 days.

I booked two tickets today my amount got deducted but didnt recieve the ticket confirmation. This is the second time this is happening, no one picks up the call at ticketnew. No proper response to mails also. I checked again the row i booked is open again, hence they have deducted money and its not a internet issue.

I think we should lodge a complaint in consumer court against them. Already they are charing Rs.30 as conv for ticket and the service is very poor

I recently booked two tickets and after the payment page the app crashed...thus i couldn't see the secrete code and confirmation code/number. I rechecked the booking history and it says no booking available. Didn't get a sms or mail confirmation either. When i contacted them, they say the ticket is confirmed no refund will be provided. This shall be the first and last time i shall book on ticketnew.com
I prefer NGPAY or BOOKMYSHOW, at least if they are not able to refund, they gave me vouchers worth the same amount which i could book other shows and movies, but TICKETNEW refused to do that too.

I have booked a ticket of BENGAL TIGER movie at SRI LAXMINARASHIMHA PICTURE PALACE in Visakhapatnam 104 Area.

There Didn't mention mandatory of ticket printout.

I have message and Snapshot also but Theater staff didn't allow me for movie.

Finally I Didn't See the movie but ticket was booked.

Already talk with Customer care but no use. They don't know English/Hindi/Telugu properly only know Tamil.

I asked them return my money to my account they disconnect the call.

Don't go to SRI LAKSHMI NARASIMHA PICTURE PALACE vizag at 104 AREA... too worst management.

I have booked two two tickets but my account didnt received it.They have debited 350 rs from my account.When I asked they told me to send my bank statement to them.
But its been near to 2 months of disappointment.
Please dont fell in these kind of fraudulent apps.!
Nb:I DECIDED TO GO LEGALLY.THEY MUST GIVE ME COMPENSATION!
