I booked a ticket for sunday 02-oct-2023 for 4.30 show. Then I just realised the show timing was 4.30 am and I overlooked it. (never thought anywhere in India they run show in the early morning). Tried to reach the customer care for cancellation. But no help Or option provided in ticktnew app.
Actually Ny booking system should have option to book Or cancel option well before 48 hours if we have lead time.. Thus is kind of cheating.....

Hello I book my movie ticket by online amount deducted but ticket not booking...

I tried booking 4 tickets for the movie Doctor Strange through TicketNew app on 6th May but the tickets weren't booked and the money was deducted. I tried to book cinema tickets on 26 april 2017 at 04.25 pm. Using ticketnew website and an amount of rs.545 was deducted but i did not receive any mail or msg regarding the confirmation of booking rather error code 502displayed. The support team of ticketnew says that confirmation mail and msg were sent but not able to provide me the evidence for that and refuses to refund amount blatantly.
Ticketnew website faq reflects that safe...
