Timbl Broadband — Awful Experience with timbl broadband

Since the beginning we are raising internet connectivity issue in every alternate day until now nothing have been change. Every time i hv been asked to reboot the device in every 2 hours
Every day it get disconnected and no one answers the cal at customer care. To get connected to technical team we have to call New connection department so that they could atleast listen to us, " We will resolve ur issue in 6 working hours " This is the only punch line they have, no solution, no one ever bother about the customer complaints, I request to all the existing user to discountinue the services with indolent service provider.
Would like to add on more on this is based on my recent conversation with the team, we got the call from Affiliate officer Nitin Sharma, again they hv made the fake promises n wrong commitments to make the customer fool.
