Regarding cancellation

It has been more than 24 hours since I made the payment and did e kyc, I have been continuously calling Deepika who talked to me over call regarding timbl plans but now she is neither receiving the call nor replying to the watsapp messages.
I don't want to proceed further I want to cancel my booking.

Refund Not Issued Till Date
This is regarding the scam run by the Timbl (RI Networks). I have already disconnected their services in Oct, 2021, but still, there is no payback of security deposit (Rs. 750) to my account.

Hi,
Last month I brought this connection with 100mbps speed but in a single I didn’t get 100mbps speed and even internet doesn’t work properly every day it gets fluctuate.
I had raised 20+ tickets in last one month but no resolution.
Most shocking thing is it’s 5th day in a row and internet not working. Every day I called to customer care they said pls wait your issue will be resolved shortly. Since 5 days internet not working and I am unable to do my office work. Who gonna pay for this.
And most pathetic thing they don’t care about it.
Please request to you take a strict action against Timbl.

I requested to disconnect my services, pick up the router and refund my security deposit. But, its around 9-10 months no one is listening. Now, I want the refund of Rs.750 immediately and also the compensation against the mental harassment.

I have disconnected the TIMBLE broad band service in first week of april. But they have not yet collected the WIFI box and not refunding my money. Its been around 2 months. They have also raised a ticked 1 month ago but no action has been taken yet.
i have also attached the ticket screenshot which was created on 1 may 2022.

Want to discontinue connection
I want to discontinue the service provided by timbl and never agreed to continue the service I have the call recording with me where I made clear to your agent that I don't want to continue the services of timbl and I am again and again reopening the ticket and this guys keep on closing the ticket R005 if this happens again I will be forced to reach consumer court hence I request you to discontinue the services and refund my security deposit

I paid 826rs one month charge for the connection, calling 100 times in a day, no one calls back.
Still waiting for connection to be installed. Its a fraud company, taken my money and now no response.

I raised the complaint on 18th sep still it's not fixed and no one taking ownership to fix this issue my office impacted who is responsible for this you don't have sla to fix the issue. Your customers care very bad and you are not following any sla to fix the issue, I paid already on time now who is responsible for my loss due to your low service SLA. it's terrible you are unable to fix the issue after 4 days.

Worst service and not refunding

I have taken timbl broadband connection on 28th Jun’21. As per sales representative connection will be given as one month free trial after that Rs.599 per month plan will be applicable. I have raised more than 10 times complaints of slow speed and service outages, no resolution given.
Finally I called for disconnection and refund of Three month prepayment of Rs. 2474. But they refused to return.
Please help for disconnection of my connection and refund amount paid.
They are giving worst service.

I got one subscription in Jaunpur city for office work, and when I asked them to disconnect they just keep bouncing my request
I applied for disconnection around in April 2021 and it's been July end, you cannot imagine how I call on every second day just to get the device picked up so that atleast I can get back 1500 which is half of what the installation team took during setup. But no help from timbl.

Customer service is extremely poor. It is impossible to recover security from them.
I raised ticket on 18-Apr-21 which is still open. 26-Apr-21 their respective collected the modem from my home (+[protected]. Post that have send 8-9 emails but no reply. Spoke to Ajay (+[protected], Shivam and Preeti (supervisors) but as usual no result.
Timbl is pathetic in their service and nor turning out to be frauds by not returning the collected device/refund. If anyone can help on future step or steps to file a consumer case in the court, please let me know. Recommended not to use Timbl services ever.

Worst internet services, do not respond to calls. I have taken a plan of 6 months but net works for 3 months only everytime we need to raise a complaint still the issue doesn't get resolved.

Not Getting My Refund
From more than 50 days, I am trying to get my refund amount, I called more than 30 times regarding this issue but nothing happens.
Every time when I call to customer care they said wait for two days. Like this it past more than 20 Days.
I have been told that I receive a call from your side, but no one called me.

I called today also Mrs. Roshni your customer care executive told me again to wait for 3 days... Every one is saying the same thing, my complain is highlighted wait for two days, from 15 days I am waiting for my refund... And you provide worst connection, headache.. not a singl day I get good connection from your side... Pathetic Internet service provider... Even after 15 days left in my Plan. I disconnect your internet from my self, and recharge my phone for my need of internet, your service is that bad... You are headache..

Refund of security
Customer service is very very poor. It is impossible to recover security from them.
I raised ticket on 19.May2021 for refund, customer ID 2058170, ticket ID R001 .
But every time you call them they say sir wait for 1 day and u will receive refund. After 7 days I got message ticket resolved but I did not receive any refund.

Loss of work because of their connection issue
I have complaint against their connection issue but no one is repairing it. They are worst and I will let a bull hit me than resubscribe to their service. For last 2 days my WiFi is not working and I am not able to do my office work it's already hard to sustain job during pandemic and now they are making it worse.

Awful Experience with timbl broadband
Since the beginning we are raising internet connectivity issue in every alternate day until now nothing have been change. Every time i hv been asked to reboot the device in every 2 hours
Every day it get disconnected and no one answers the cal at customer care. To get connected to technical team we have to call New connection department so that they could atleast listen to us, " We will resolve ur issue in 6 working hours " This is the only punch line they have, no solution, no one ever bother about the customer complaints, I request to all the existing user to discountinue the services with indolent service provider.
Would like to add on more on this is based on my recent conversation with the team, we got the call from Affiliate officer Nitin Sharma, again they hv made the fake promises n wrong commitments to make the customer fool.

Low speed and pocket drop not stable

Appalling service. The customer service agents don’t have any basic knowledge about WiFi/broadband. They keep saying will raise ticket and no one will get back. It’s a nightmare. It’s a scam. I am paying for 50mbs, unlimited plan, and they are giving me 10 mbs, so it’s scam. If my issue not resolved ASAP, I will be filing a legal complain to Telecom Regulatory Authorities of India.
It’s causing me mental harassment as I am unable to work from home with this kind of services.

Fraudulent of Wifi connection fee

It has been more then 15 days now after I paid for new timbl wifi connection . A person called me saying it’s single day offer to get connection without installation charges and we can only process it today so please get urself registered online by paying first month wifi Connection charges on Timble website but till then I haven’t heard anyone, even I have called it’s customer care million of times but they have a pathetic service . Every time I call they take all information and firstly say we don’t see any live connection via this registered number afterwards when we shout at them they say we see a connection and gives right information . Then they just hang up saying we will escalate ur concern to higher authority, you’ll get a call back soon and again then no call no see ...they are big frauds and some strict action should be taken against this company .

I got timble connection just 20 days ago and it has been the worst mistake. They have a team of horrible people who knows nothing about how the internet works (ironic). They are so under-qualified that they should shut down everything and do anything but this job. They don't provide stable internet. they have customer support that is an utter joke. The so-called technicians only know doing OOKLA tests in the name of troubleshooting issues. I mean how do they even consider having an ounce of brain. They cannot even care to google how to work on the issue.
I literally hope that no one ever buys their service cause it has made me so angry and it will make everyone so angry. I want them to actually shut down. It might sound harsh but they don't deserve to be in the market and mooching us off in the name of providing service.

Service provider charged me 3450 for router, security deposit and installation charges. Their pan India toll free number says the total we have to pay is 1840 but these have charged me double and dat too widot INVOICE.

I have rechaged the connection on date 27.09.2020. That was the biggest mistake! Worst customer service.. connection has not started even after 7 days after that i requested to close my connection and i got ticket ID 2003033R033, since the 3 Oct 20, my ticket work is going on, neither i am getting internet connection nor it is being canceled. I call them, I get a standard reply that your ticket is open and work is in progress, but no action has been taken yet.

I applied for new connection and then cancelled it but "Timbl Broadband" hasn't provided me with the refund of 824 rupees, have emailed them several times but no reply still.
Every time i call them they say that resolution will be provided shortly, a ticket id is generated with every call with the resolution date and the problem is never solved on the resolution date.
I need my refund on immediate basis.
