Got Installed timbl broadband for Rs 2725( including monthly charges, installation charges) but didnt able to use internet facilities as its showing no internet access, called customer care many times and forwarded mail also but didn't got the resolution. It's been three days didn't able to use internet nor getting any revert from timbl. Called customer many times and each time they say that it will resolve within 6 working hours but I didn't got any resolution even after 48 hours. Was this information helpful? |
