I have recharged my account on 28th Apr'19 and my connection was not working. I logged a complaint C100 and it was closed without fixing my problem, I again logged a complaint C101 and I fought for it in not getting that closed. 4th June they have started my services and on 6th night again serives are not working. Now again I have logged a complaint c102 yesterday I.e 6th Jun'19 and nothing happened till now. I have also raise a a request for disconnection R010 and they are not disconnecting my connection too. I called their customer service team 1000000 times but nothing was happening. I have lost 100000 rupees just because my internet is not working . Was this information helpful? |
