I have paid the amount for new internet connection 10 days back but still I haven't heard anyone from Timbl about the installation, I am tired sending mails to support and appellate team. Nobody is hearing us

I am so frustrated that I have drawn an attention to Timbl CEO but no response from him as well. I think company is so fake and fraud that they donot want to take care of customers.

Either refund my money or install the connection
