Timbl Broadband — Not Getting My Refund

From more than 50 days, I am trying to get my refund amount, I called more than 30 times regarding this issue but nothing happens.

Every time when I call to customer care they said wait for two days. Like this it past more than 20 Days.

I have been told that I receive a call from your side, but no one called me.

In fact, I am calling to Timbl customer care every two days, but no one is listening.
Even a lot of times customer care executive cut the call in between, that irritates me a lot.

I had already provided my bank details near about a month back (on 27 April). But nothing happened till date.

I called today also Mrs. Roshni your customer care executive told me again to wait for 3 days... Every one is saying the same thing, my complain is highlighted wait for two days, from 15 days I am waiting for my refund... And you provide worst connection, headache.. not a singl day I get good connection from your side... Pathetic Internet service provider... Even after 15 days left in my Plan. I disconnect your internet from my self, and recharge my phone for my need of internet, your service is that bad... You are headache..
