Do not get into their trap
My Id: 2041455 ( just to prove I am legitimate)
I got one subscription in Jaunpur city for office work, and when I asked them to disconnect they just keep bouncing my request
I applied for disconnection around in April 2021 and it's been July end, you cannot imagine how I call on every second day just to get the device picked up so that atleast I can get back 1500 which is half of what the installation team took during setup.
