I have taken timbl broadband connection on 28th Jun’21. As per sales representative connection will be given as one month free trial after that Rs.599 per month plan will be applicable. I have raised more than 10 times complaints of slow speed and service outages, no resolution given.
Finally I called for disconnection and refund of Three month prepayment of Rs. 2474. But they refused to return.
Please help for disconnection of my connection and refund amount paid.
They are giving worst service.
