[Resolved] Time 2 Trips — booking,refund | |||
i was book package worth 14995 on 17/07/2013. book foutain village mahabaleshver for 2n/3d for 4 person. company not provid booking on that hotel. when i ga hotel, hotel was close for maintenance. i was shock . i was call to company, replay sorry sir u manege u r self . till today i have no refund from company. please tell what i do? If we are ford then why we are entertaining you, we are apologize to inform you we have already mail you booking from and you are not follow the T&C so how we can book your hotel please mail us your booking from but by mail you are given your travels dates that is booking date 22/11/13 to 24/11/13 but we need your booking from so please mail us on([protected]@time2 trips.com) then we can process for the booking .

Sorry for the inconvenience as per as our telephonic conversation we have already send you fresh booking code request from on your mail id ([protected]@gmail.com) please file it and mail us on ([protected]@time2trips.com) then we can process for the booking the package will valid for 12 month we need just 21 days prior notice for the booking .
