[Resolved] Time 2 Trips — Not refund money or any kind of service

My self faiyaz i got booked my holiday packege at 1 august 6995 but by fraud they took my payment twice i requst them that only one is for packege second payment by mistake but they never give and also not provide me any kind of service till today i request them in diwali vacation for goa trip but they not gave and than after i had manage my self in last movment. Now i want my money back 6995 + 6995 = 13990
And also take action of whole team of time 2 trips like fraud no 1 ranbeer shingh, imran, and many people who talk with people with different name
