I had cancelled my loan on the 16th of september. None of my mails were replied to and the telephone number just doesn't work.
After many attempts, i could finally reach their executive over the phone. I was told the refund would occur within 30 days.
After 30 days of waiting time, i again tried reaching via email. Having not got any response, i tried calling them up. Although the helpline is stated to be a 24x7 customer support, it just doesn't work most of the time.
This time, on picking up, i was assured my cancelled loan amount of rs 7, 800 shall be transferred by 1st november, at most
As i am writing this, it is the 2nd of november. No response, no telephone service, no action whatsoever. Was this information helpful? |
