Hi have Purchased Insurance for my laptop, While Purchasing I got connected with there agent name Swati Sharma([protected]) She told me if your laptop screen get break or any damage happen to your laptop Company is liable for same for all type of Repairs. One day My laptop screen got crack then i Connected Swati she told me to put an Email for the same after putting email swati stop texting me back there was no Response from the Company. I am still waiting for my Laptop to get it repair and the customer care never takes the call. The Company is not legit I wanted to take a Police action on the Company.
