I bought a new iphone 6s for my wife and bought phone insurance from times global insurance online following reviews online but since i bought insurance no policy or related document was sent to us.
I received reply from them on 22nd march as follows :
We apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.As per our records your iphone insurance is in active status for 1 year term.
And you will receive your policy document by 2-3 hours.
And those 2-3 hours is still going on today being 26th march'2016 no luck so far approaching them. Was this information helpful? |
