Times Global Insurance — mobile insurance fraud

Address:Thane, Maharashtra, 400605
Website:www.mymobileinsurance.com

Mymobileinsurance.com a.k.a Times Global Insurance doesn’t look to be an authentic site. I have insured my iPhone 7 against damage but never got any service instead of repetitive calls.
Here’s my story,
I had my iPhone 7 insured for a period of two year against damage after paying an amount of Rs. 6780. I had my screen broken, but I was feeling assured knowing that I have a insurance cover for the phone. Then the whole drama started, after searching for a claim process on the site all the confidence went for a toss ( No defined claim process) I still kept calm and started searching for a contact number again zero luck ( the contact number mentioned on the insurance policy was non existent even the email mentioned were invalid, email client kept sending delivery failure notification for [protected]@mymobileinsurance.com) by this time I realised I was fooled.
Next morning, I mailed on their sales mail address and stated the issue for which I got a email from some gmail address asking for the issue(on Saturday morning). After responding to the email I waited diligently for a positive response but no luck. Then I called a number hidden in the new website. I was informed quiet rudely that I'll get a response on Monday (What about the 24X7 HELPLINE claim) I asked for a response then and there but I was threatened saying we'll cancel your policy (Just because I'm asking for a speedy process?) And then I asked for their office address and service centre details but the person hung up saying "site dekhlo"
Do you really wanna be treated like ### even after paying and not getting what you paid for?

Till date I've no response from Times Global Insurance even after numerous calls (which don't connect) and emails

Today, I got a response from Times Global Insurance.
Which just confirmed that I'm getting no help from them.
Which insurance company asks you to send your phone worth Rs.60, 000 via courier claiming a low value product?
What's the guarantee that the package will reach safely? (Since I've quoted a low price)
What's the guarantee that I'll get my device repaired and in good condition? (Problem Pointed out by other users)
What's the guarantee that I'll even get the device leave aside getting it repaired?
