My insurance number [protected] for iphone 6s 64gb.

I lost my phone on june 3 and i submitted with every document which they asked for fir, closure report etc. They approved rs 21k after numerous follow ups. When i complained they sent me a mail of rs. 50144been approved and they can process my claims amount only when i return them the initail amount. I returned and they never settled my claims amount and now i feel cheated. It has been more than 120 days since i presented the closure report and infact there claims agent - aman - [protected] once said he am helpless too and suggested me to lodge a complaint in consumer forum.

I am going to fight and will go to every extent. I will keep my case updated.

Dont trust times global insurance, their customer care rarely pick up calls in case you will select the claims option. 24/7 customer care claim is also false.

I bought their iphone plan for 3 years. When it got damaged i got it repaired from the apple’s service center in cp, delhi. It costed me 24k.

After talking with mr. Aman ([protected]) from their side, who's some managar over there for like more than 10 months nothing has happened.

I even tried warning them that i'll go to consumer court but no luck.

I filed my claim on september 2016. Benn 10 months.

I brought insurance for my iphone 6s 64gb reading all the good reviews on internet last october. This year in february my iphone was broken and water damaged by falling from 5th floor into water.

Then i called their customer support to raise a claim and then they asked me write an email stating the cause for damage and images showing the damage and wrote email with the same. One week passed nothing happened then i started calling their customer support after 3-4 calls i got a reply asking for my address and bank details and i sent them waiting something to happend again 10 days passed no response then i started calling their customer service no and they gave me claim manager number called aman sharma.

Then i called him and he has no clue regarding the claim and he asked me for my email and at that time he saw the mail untill then itt just lost somewhere after that he said they are looking into the issue and will be getting back in a week. As usual a week passed by and no response and again started calling mr. Aman sharma after 3-4 calls he said your claim was approved and asked me to ship the mobile to their address and they took almost 1 month to get this done that too if i keep on following up with them and he said it will take 10-12 working days to get it fixed. And again i started calling after 15 days and after 5-6 calls and 30 days later they said they are shipping my iphone saying totally fixed in a showroom working condition.

I received the iphone where i can see the phone is not at all fixed properly there is huge gap around the iphone between the screeen and the panel which looks like i brought some iphone i found on the street, but i thought its ok if it works fine. Then here comes the list of huge issues.
1. The sim tray locked and i was not able to open it.
2. There is a big dead spot on the screen.
3. Both the cameras are not working.
4. Touch becomes non responsive all of a sudden.
5. Phone heats a lot if you start using wifi or internet.

So i again wrote an email listing all the above problem and also along with a video of the iphone showing all the problems on april 29th 2017. Waited for 3 days waiting for response and no one responded and i started calling mr. Aman sharma, he answered the call after trying for 2 days. As usual they didnt even see my email untill i spoke to him and he said they will get back to me with a resolution in 7 days which is supposed to be around 13th may 2017. From then i have been trying to mr. Aman sharma regarding the same and no response at all i tried almost 10-15 times reaching them.

Even yesterday (I. E 22 may 2017) afternoon i called mr. Aman sharma around 3:30 pm he answered the call and asked me to call back around 5:30 pm so he will check in the system and update me the status and i tried calling him around 4-5 times and no one answered the call.

I raised the claim on 25th feb 2017 and now its 23rd may 2017, my mobile was not fixed properly and i was not able to use my phone.

This is the worst customer service i have ever seen. The customers have to keep on calling these guys for the update till then they dont even care.

If you people are not capable of doing business and responding back to customers, leave this business and stop harassing customers.

My mobile mother board got damaged on last month, i have submitted the bills on february 24, when i submitted inr 13746 rupees mobile motherboard bill mr. Amar (One of the claim department employ) (Mob.[protected]) told me that he do not know when the amount will credit into my account and if you want will give back the premium amount...
The worst experience i faced ever in my life.

I do not know still how many days they are going to hold the claim.

They are not at all behaving like professionals, its all kind of local people without any business ethics

I purchased Times Global insurance 4 months back and paid 3720/- towards insurance of my Samsung S7 Edge. Last week my sceeen cracked and I sent repair bill to times global company. They guys did not remburse me entire amt, my bill was 15, 322/- and they guys only paid 14, 155/- . When I asked then they replied they dont pay taxes. I want my full amount. Pls help me to recover my full amount.

I purchased three years Laptop top insurance policy on 21.07.16.I have not received policy documents till date despite repeated reminders.Call to 24×7 help line number is never responded.It seems that this company does not exist and they are defrauding public.I have sent reminders through mail and contacted on telephone but no response has been received as yet.Today also I sent an email and message on helpline mobile number to send policy otherwise refund the premium paid by me.

I have purchase a insurance from Times Global Insurance after seeing a lots of review on net.
All website and complain site showing it is a good company. So I buy a insurance worth Rs. 2460 for my mobile LeEco Le 2.
But as purchasing insurance I found this a fraud company.
The no. showing on website all are fake .
When you buy insurance after that nobody will pick your ph.

Dear sir, i am from coimbatore and brought a iphone 6 plus 64gb around 4 month earlier, soon after its purchase i did online insurance of my iphone from times global insurance (One of my friend suggested me this company).
Just after 15 days of insurance, my iphone slipped from my hand and damaged.As directed by times global insurance claim team, i got the quotation from apple center of rs. 27, 904 /-(Estimate amount for replacement).
But i got only rs.23800/- . When i did insurance i paid full 3720/- as the premium amount and in claim i got 85% only.
Please help me to recover the remaining amount.

I bought a new iphone 6s for my wife and bought phone insurance from times global insurance online following reviews online but since i bought insurance no policy or related document was sent to us.

I received reply from them on 22nd march as follows :

We apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.As per our records your iphone insurance is in active status for 1 year term.
And you will receive your policy document by 2-3 hours.

And those 2-3 hours is still going on today being 26th march'2016 no luck so far approaching them.

I m Gyan Prakash, I purchased a Macbook Pro Worth Rs.76, 500 from a online E-commerce website last year.And just 2 months back I took insurance of my laptop from TIMES GLOBAL INSURANCE through their website mymobileinsurance.com
I paid Rs.4320 for One year Insurance Plan for my laptop and got a Policy document.When I took that plan I was assigned with a Relationship Manager Mr. Arun Kumar.He told me that on the event of theft or loss I will be paid 90% of my invoice value.Just 10 days Back I lost my Laptop in Rajeev Chowk Metro Station, New Delhi.
I realised it I immediately file a complain and took a copy of it.I called customer care and was told me to Email that complain copy, I was Promised that I will get Money in 3-5 Working days but believe me it took then 25 Days to settle my claim.Everytime I call them they say YOUR CASE IS STILL PENDING & CLAIM MANAGEMENT TEAM IS COMMUNICATING TO CONCERN POLICE STATION.
What the hack it was, I should get my money and they should do their stuff after that, y a customer is getting harassed.Finally after 25 days I was paid just Rs.60, 800 which was again a annoying act.When I asked reason that why you deduct 20% instead of 10% depreciation, then I was told that my laptop was 1 year old at the time of Insurance.
Hey Comon guys, You should have told me this at the time of insurance.
Then y u cheat people like this.When you claim everywhere that you are Rank 1 Company in India for Mobile & Laptop Insurance then y You cheat people.
A big brand never ever do this.This will surely give a negative impact on customers.
