Times Global Mobile Insurance — mobile insurance claim settlement | |||||
I have a taken mobile insurance for my iphone 7 in october 2016 and my mobile was damaged on 19th january 2018 evening. I tried more than 10 times on their helpline number[protected] and[protected]on 20th jan 2018 to get assistance on registering the claim. However, i was asked to contact a person abhishek on [protected] who never had courtesy to answer the call. At last i could speak to him on 22nd jan 2018 and he advised me to send an e-mail with images of my phone and suggested the claim reimbursement process. I had sent an e-mail with images and details as suggested and submited my phone at authorized iphone service center and got it repaired by my own as per reimbursement procedure. I was asked to send the diagnostic report and repair bill which i had shared with times global on 27th jan and on 5th feb 2018 with my bank account details for neft transfer. Since then i am yet to receive revert from times global. I have sent multiple reminders on 8th feb 2018, 20th feb 2018, 23rd feb 2018 and 27th feb 2018. But no one is bothered to reply back to my e-mails. It looks like they are not interested in settling claim and willing to avoid it. I have been sending e-mails to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@mymobileinsurance.com. I would require your kind support in getting this settle since the amount is closed to 34k which i have paid for getting it repaired. The device was supposed to be replaced as per icare service center and they have given the detailed report which is shared with times global team.
