Times Global Mobile Insurance — product claim not approved/processed | |||||
I have purchased a 2 year insurance plan for my apple iphone 7 at rs. 6820 for 100% claim. Recently i got my apple iphone screen got damaged. So i contacted for claim. They have asked me to get a quotation from apple istore. So i got for 1200 fee for quotation. After all this, they are saying we are rejecting the claim and they are saying to repay the premium amount with 18% gst. I lost my phone and have been calling them repeatedly on the customer care number and there is no response at all.
They have not even replied to my e-mail which was sent 2 days ago.
Very pathetic customer service.
