Dear Sir, My Name is Amit Vora, on 5th May 2015 i got a call from ( [protected] ) saying that, they are calling from timesindiatravel.com & i have been choosen as lucky customer from their list and if i purchase holiday package voucher worth Rs. 4999/- from them on that day then i will be getting assured gift from their list ( Iphone 5s, 32 GB, Samsung LED TV 32" and DELL LAPTOP). they told me that i will be getting those voucher & assure gift within 2 days. I had choose on assure gift and paid amount of Rs. 4999/- to them but still 7 days gone but still they not provide my assure gift of Dell Lep top. when i am trying to talk to mobile no. provided by them, they either not receive phone or phone got switched off. i request you to get my money back and inform to others also for not to greed from these kind of offer. Same Thing happen to me on 18-05-15 at 5pm. I have complainted at [protected]@payumoney.com about the whole case. I also got the call from same number but i fall in their trick. But luckily i had the payment id code of the payumoney website. So with that code I had created the dispute with Original man behind the Scenario. Hi, I also got a call. I know it's a scam, , for sure it would be. Though I haven't paid anything, I want to sue these people. Any Idea?
Myself Sunil Gupta from New Delhi. I got a call today from number [protected], the lady who called me said that she is calling from Mumbai and that I have done online shopping and my email id has been selected as a lucky draw for the day and If I will purchase holiday package worth Rs. 4999/- from them on the same day then i will be getting gift from their list ( Iphone 5s 32 GB, Samsung LED TV 32" and DELL LAPTOP). I was not much convinced, so I tried searching about this company while being on call. I came to this forum which clarified rest of the doubts. When I told the person that I will send someone to their Mumbai's office to do the payment and collect the gift. he said that you have to pay only through debit/credit card or netbanking. and the gift will be dispatched through their warehouse. Since I had seen this forum during the call, I excused myself and declined the offer.

Sir, I received a call from Time India Vocation, on 11.03.2016 at 11.48 am for the sale on Holiday package..
The person called me with mobile number +91 [protected] and told me his name as Virat Singh. He repeatedly called up. that for Booking of Special Holyday Package in 5555/- After repeated calls and checking the website, I paid the money online(As receipt is attached). After that I was told the Holiday package paper and assured gift of laptop and led tv 32’’ will be reached within 3-4 working days. But till date I don’t received anything. Now I am trying to call but there is no one responding and absolutely no communication from company as well. I have been calling the company for the product or a refund. They also committed me as per scheme they will sand confirm gift of Dell laptop and Samsung LED TV 32’’each 1 nos quantity. But till date I have not received any paper and gift .As per the refund policy (7 days refund) I mail them for refund but they don’t get any reply from them .and they not picking any phone. A PDF file has been attached in which showing the payment receipt, 7 day money back guarantee, and bond. I made payment of 11110/- for two holiday package.

today I received the similar call today from [protected] and they offered me the same gifts which are mentioned in the above complaints. This was looking quite weird therefore i searched over the google and find these complaints and asked them to call me again. when they called me again and i have told them about these complaints and asked them to deliver the gifts first and then only i will made the payment. He denied and without convincing me they disconnect the call.
