[Resolved]  Times Job Portal — till now my service is not activated

my name: ch.gnaneshwar,
place:sangareddy, medak(dist), ap(state)
sir i had taken premium pack in timesjobs on 21st november till now my service is not activated and my order id is 1252046,
sir my self iam not taken this service with choice they forced me to take that you will get good benifits with this,
when iam calling to their sales no and customer care no they are setting busy tone,
even though if they are lifting my call they are disconnecting.
sir iam poor fellow, premium pack is rs 1600/-, 1600rs means it matters me lot sir for me and my family, sir now they are saying to take another package that costs rs 1400/- then they will set my package they are saying sir
sir please help me, i will be very thankful if you help me sir
