Indian media, you had done enough to break or make things bad in india, now please have some sense of responsibility. 😡😡😡

Just operating more flights and they have figured it as an airlift. 😡 indian govt is arranging additional flights as certain uae based airlines are not operating from doha and indian govt doesnot allow foreign airline to make extra operations, and also it's 'eid' festival time and summer holidays for schools. There is no shortage of food supply. Everything is absolutely normal and perfect here.

I have taken the subscription in the month of november and yet after 7months, i have not received my coupons. Every time i checked with agent but he gave lame excuses and ask more time to arrange. Also i have made a telephonic complaint to customer care.

This not a complaint, i would like to subscribe to your paper. I need your agent contact number who is available near our location, i have called to vijayawada time's office contact number to know the information, no one is lifting the call, i have been trying since a month, i don't have other source of knowing the information.

So kindly share your agent contact number so that i can talk to him and subscribe your paper. My location is kandrika, vijayawada, andhra pradesh.

It has been noticed for the last two weeks that the saturday : hyderabad times – supplement was stapled with something of yellow colour but was not found in place when it was delivered to me. It, presumably, torn away by the hawker.

I would like to know what it was and whether any one (Hawker) is empowered to take away.

A reply in this regard is solicited.

Though your services are not good enough, i renewed my subscription for a year because of you fellow pleading and assurance for regular paper that too in time. 5 days back i renewed and got paper only 2 times. Since a month i get paper once in 3 days sometimes 2 days. And never delivers the paper before 7.30 am. I am tired of calling your supervisor's and phone attendants. Is there any way to get back my money or you also push me to the forum for deficiency of services. Gssreddy

I am rajiv gupta, i lives in ashok vihar, new delhi - 110052.
From past 10 years our new paper delivery man, prem is charging rs.20 per month for delivery times of india newspaper at my residence.
Last month i had been told by some one from rti legal cell that there is no need to give any delivery charges and we should avoid this wrong and illegal practice. I had told the same to our delivery man (Prem) but he had agreed and from this month he has stopped the delivery of news paper. Its not matter of rs 20 but morality.
Worst thing is that news paper hawkers have monapoly and they have divided their areas. I had asked number of times to delivery boy to provide me his agency details so that i can talk to concerned person but he is not giving me any details.

Can i request you to kindly look into the matter and let me know what's wrong and right.

Sir, i'm a registered qualified, experienced. Pharmacist, would like you to take into consideration about the pressurization which the owners of medical stores & pharmacy stores of all city of mumbai & thane district are making on the whole experienced & fresher's pharmacists to work for more than 10 to 12 hours per day{according to the pharmacy rule of india only 8 hours of duty is sanctioned by the government of india} but from this april onwards they are pressurising us to do more than 12 hours duty on a cheap salary of 14to15 thousand per month {for experienced professional} & 14 to 15 hours duty with 8 to 10000 rupees per month for the poor fresher's pharmacists, sir! You only consider whether this is right or wrong?. Sir, i've logged this grievance to our chief minister of maharashtra, but no result had came, now only one door of hope remained which is the media & the number one news paper of india is none other than the times of india group zero so with lots of hope from me & my all pharmacists brothers & sister's on your side i'm ending this grief letter. As some change will happen in our poor life, thank you very much.

I issued a cheque no. 84174 of punjab national bank for rs 795/- on 07.04.2017 in favour of bccl, subscribing times of india newspaper for 15 months. The cheque was duly cleared on 26.04.2017. I contacted in the first week of may’17 over phone number[protected] and was told the subscription will be started from 15.05.17 and coupons will be delivered afterwards.
The coupons are yet to be delivered. I contacted your customer care on 15.06.2017 and was given complaint no. 1418554, with the assurance that within 48 hours a team will contact me and issue will be resolved.
After 96 hours i once again contacted customer care. Ms gurmeet attended the call and once again told me that in next 48 hours issue will be resolved. I requested to hand over the phone to senior executive so that i can convince him/her that i will not be available after 21.06.17 and the coupons be made available before that as i am leaving for pune as i am staying alone here. My ticket no is 228 [protected] with vistara flight no uk 720 leaving at 10.15 am. I was made to holdup for 20 minutes and after that ms isha claiming senior executive again told me that the issue will be resolved in 48 hours and disconnected the phone. I was refused the alternative phone number of senior executive or person responsible.
I am ashamed that i a reader of times of india for more than 55 years and the behaviour is like this.
I request that my money be refunded.

I want direct delivery of daily newspaper (TOI) in my address (Flat- 201, Apartment- A.R.Grand, Masjid Banda, Sri Prabhupada township, KondaPur, Hyderabad, Pin- 500084). I want to subscribe yearly basis (Rs. 599). Let me know what is the formalities and the correct person to be contacted, and result oriented action.

I had started contacting the Times of India Office's official Number. The person talked to me was confident to deal the issue. He assured me me about the timely action. In addition he gave me a number. I contacted the person twice, but ultimately the matter is hanging unattended for days together.

This is further to say that till now I have contacted the given number of Mr. Sravan ([protected]) but my calls are unanswered during these last 5 days. Any time I call him, he does not pick up my call.

Now I think I have left no stone unturned, please resolve the problem.

I have submitted my change of address request for nearly 3 months now. Every time i write to them they say it will be done in next 15 days. They are frauds of 1st order. I am asking for an escalation email address for 2 weeks now and no one is giving me that also. When i call up customer service they do not answer calls and when asked for call back i do not get a call back also.

Toi has organized a sports activity in our complex: ruchira residency, 369, purbachal, kalitala main rd, em bypass, kol - 78 on 17th june, 2017.in this activity toi has included a dangerous sport called sack race on ruchira's hard cemented surface. Ruchira residency does not have any green or earthy field. My son aditeya ghosh got badly injured as he fell down and got a fracture by the side of his left ankle. My son is in class 5 and 10 years of age. He said that at the time of nominations nothing was mentioned that it is going to be a sack race and nobody has divulged the nature of the race up until the race was about to start and the kids were kind of goaded into participation. Pl also note that the kids were mostly alone and no permission from the parents was obtained from toi regarding the participation and no prior nomination was sought. When i enquired, after the incident, i was told by the toi representatives that it's a normal practice to have such sack race in other complexes too and that nothing has happened so far - i was appalled to hear such an explanation...!! Sack race is a sport where falling is almost absolutely a certainty for a few runners - it's in the nature of the game...!! To conduct it on hard cemented surface for little kids is an offence..!! Something very serious can happen anytime...!! I am appalled to see how an organization like toi can allow such dangerous sport on hard surfaces?? How can they indulge in marginalizing with safety and security of people in general like this?? It seems there is no governance of their actions in place and no accountability?? My son's school will reopen from the coming monday and i am afraid he will not be able to attend school for months. Who is responsible for such utter callousness?? Times of india is doing a fraud by taking 600/- rs from users for a 1 year subscription and not providing the services.

Paid the money for over 2 months now and not received any response or service from toi yet.

Complained over mail, call, ims multiple time, but they keep on telling that services will be started soon.

Lost trust in there customer complaint services, so approaching this forum to have a resolution.

Everyday i am getting the reply that "today" i will come & collect the cheque, but till date distributor has not come to collect the cheque.

Kindly ascertain and let me know the status. At the time of sales promotion, the sales boy was so submissive and afterwards when i enquired about the status, he is reluctant to give a proper reply. When i said that the matter will be taken up the the consumer forum and other authorities, after fifteen minutes he called me back only to say that the newspaper would be delivered from 16th inst. When i asked, was it not your duty to inform me in advance, he simply says that i don't know that you would take the matter so seriously.

I have had subscrition for the last 3 years and the current one is till
Oct17.
However for the last one month my neswapaper is not being delivered
As the paper vendor on kk salai
Jaya news mart, 40/10 arunachalam road, saligramam, chennai 93
Has a commission issue with the main agent and is claiming rs 190
From me for delivery charges from jan17 till may17.
He has also told that i have to pay full charges from 01june17 onwards
Including cost of newspaper as the subscription stands withdrawn.
I have paid for subscription till oct17.
Can u pls resolve this issue?
Toi must also resolve micro level issues like this as it tells very badly on your distribution channels.
