Times of india is doing a fraud by taking 600/- rs from users for a 1 year subscription and not providing the services.

Paid the money for over 2 months now and not received any response or service from toi yet.

Complained over mail, call, ims multiple time, but they keep on telling that services will be started soon.

Lost trust in there customer complaint services, so approaching this forum to...

I want to join the toi subscription yearly 599 plan. I am requesting for the same since 1.5 months to distributor of our area but he is not responding positively.

Everyday i am getting the reply that "today" i will come & collect the cheque, but till date distributor has not come to collect the cheque.

I have taken subscription of TOI and paid the amount through cheque in the month of march 2017. However i am not getting newspaper since last 2 weeks. When enquired neither Times of India office or the news paper vendor is co-operating. i have also tried to call the helpline number of TOI but no one picks phone there. Tried sending number of sms as well but that is also of no use.

I live in Gurgaon and am buying Times of India and Economic times everyday of the month for the last 8 months.
the vendor (Yadav News Agency) has charged Rs. 360 per month as he says he has to charge the delivery charges and price for both papers independently(not the combo price).
Pl let me know how much i should have paid per month (from Sept. 2016 until April 2017)...
