Dear sir, i want to complain against one plus mobile company. First i would say that i had purchased one plus-2 mobile through amazon on 4th jan-2016. Last couples of days, since nov-16, there was mico speaker problem in my mobile so that i had gone 7 times at rajkot service center but they could not solve the problem also they told me that one plus company was not communicating to him so we can not help you even though the mobile was in warranty period. Finally i have sold the mobile. I have seen on google that one plus mobile company is fraud company. I would requesting to you that pleae help. Haresh patel, [protected]

In the Agripada Byculla area paper delivery agent not providing Times of India with Maharashtra Times. Asking Rs. 45/- extra plus delivery charges Rs. 20/-.

I wish to subscibe times of india and maharashtra times. is there any combo scheme available in Mumbai- Agripada, Byculla west, how can i get yearly subscription and at what rate?
to whom should i contact?

Dear Sir,
I have subscribbed for two newspapers, My ID ARE 34485612 & 34546600.The vendor has put on both subscription the same address where as i have subscribed one for my Office while other for my residence address.its 3 months but no action is taken place even after regular reminders.if they are not interested than please refund the money.
Hope they take immediate action.

Starting Date : 16.11.2016 but till date i havent received the copy
I had complained them on telephone and also via their email: crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com Dated : 29 nov 2016, 03 dec 2016 and 07 dec 2016, 19 dec, 24 dec, every times i received the same answer " copy will start in 2 days". But till date they havent started...

I had subscribed for the times of india "TIMES MEGA OFFER" on november 19, 2016. I had paid INR 795 via cheque which was deposited to TIMES OF INDIA account on 25th November 2016.

I was supposed to receieve 15 coupons for 15 months and newspaper delivery from December 1, 2016.
However after repeated calls to MR Praveen, the agent, no :[protected] & [protected], the newspaper delivery did not start . Subsequently I had contacted the Times of India, south delhi area manager, Mr Prabhakar, [protected] who had assured me on 15th December, 2016 that the newspaper delivery will be started . However after repeated assurances the newspaper delivery has not yet started and neither they are responding .
I even reached out to TIMEs of INDIA subscription helpline[protected].
however they have refused to entertain me .

On the 3rd jan 2017 ranchi issue of times of india has published an information on growth in production of coal india limited where in the news it's written that coal india limited is a subsidiary of central coalfields limited which is a completely wrong information and the fact is central coalfields limited is a subsidiary of coal india limited.

Request you to kindly give an explanation of this through your publication as this is not correct and should be rectified immediately.

I had requested for a change of address on 7-Dec-2016 through mail to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com and got back a reply that I would start receiving TOI from[protected]. But still I haven't received any acknowledgement coupon. I had informed CRM Team about this delay and they responded implementation date is on 01-Jan-2017 and I would surely receive newspaper from then. Yet, I am receiving newspaper at my old address.
Please act upon this issue quickly.

Re: non - redressal of my grievances complaint no. 1356469 dated 24.12.20

Inspite of my 10 complaints by email msgs from 03.12.2016 to crm at ho and crm at kandivali, no proper justified response to my complaint for without notice improper suspension of above coupon which was given twice duly signed by me to your sub-vendor by retaining xerox copies.

It is surprising ho-crm has also neither acknowledged nor responded to investigate the matter to provide justice to the subscriber

This proves the bad performance reputation of crm-kandivali and indifferent attitude of times of india management at h. O to give proper justice to the subscriber.

I was shocked to see the review msg of 18.11.2016 (Reproduced below) from ms sweta rajhans on the face book section of times of india.

Trust, crm will not further spoil their performance reputation and give me now proper justice without delay.

I Bipin Bihari Choudhury registered for Subscription Acknowledgement Coupon for 15 Months for the newspaper. Till now I have not received my coupons. I have given Complaint number 1348880 dated 01/12/2016

Please send the coupons from November 2016 to onwards.

I had applied for housing loan to DCB Bank Ltd in oct, 2016 which was sanctioned on 03rd november, 2016, they took processing charges Rs.22, 750/- on 24th oct, 2016 promising me that they will deposit the cheque only after disbursement of the loan but cheque was deposited on 28th oct before the loan sanctioned, also debited EMI of Rs.5, 250/- on 5th nov, 2016 though my property is registered on 19th nov, 2016. I have never submitted any original chain sale deeds or NOC from the society - my loan never taken or disbursed but the DCB bank ltd continue to debit EMI of Rs.49, 743/-

I have paid for 15 months subscription but so far I haven't received the coupons. I have called your customer care at least 10 times so far, but every-time I get to hear that someone would call me. That call never came to me..

I had booked the news paper via order no MTOISA 5732892 with your agent Mr. Kamlesh Yadav ( PRE code[protected] for a period from 1st Jan16 to 31st Dec16.
I stay in Anushaktinagar, Mumbai. Recently i shifted to new Flat in same campus on 03/10/2016. The matter was informed to local vender Prabhu and your agent Mr. Yadav, but they didnot started the subscription so far.
The subcription at old adress was also not frequent.
Please look into the matter.

I had paid for one year subscription of news paper few months back but on december 3rd i had received message from times group that my subscription had started. I just request you to please change my address. my new address is House no 715/4 second floor sector 4 gurgaon 122001 it is hardly 1 km from my old residence.

I request you to please get it deliver...

Since last two days I am observing there are considerable errors in the spelling and sentences which i never expect to happen in toi newspaper.As you are the leading newspaper ideally it should not have such silly mistakes too.I have been reading from the last 7 years and most of the youngsters rely on it for english vocabulary improvement.Please look into it and take concrete action to the above mentioned matter.

Example :on 17 december toi paper a sentence had 'weak' spelled instead of 'week' and today 'through' was spelled as 'thorough'.Moreover a sentence was written as 'The government has decided to a form committee comprising members ...'instead of 'The govt has decided to form a committee...'

ur executive tell the on first month bill you will get assured gift from TOI.

But till now no paper bill provided from vendor to me furthermore my grandma had payment on 02/12/16. Vendor is denying to issue bill. Vendor name: Mr.Raju bhai chandlodiya area, ahmedabad city.Gujarat.
I am going to cancel the TOI PAPER COPY FROM NEXT MONTH IF NOT ISSUE BILL.
DO NEEDFUL ACTION.
