I have taken the subscription on last 04/11/16
ur executive tell the on first month bill you will get assured gift from TOI.

But till now no paper bill provided from vendor to me furthermore my grandma had payment on 02/12/16. Vendor is denying to issue bill. Vendor name: Mr.Raju bhai chandlodiya area, ahmedabad city.Gujarat.
I am going to cancel the TOI PAPER COPY FROM NEXT MONTH IF NOT ISSUE BILL.
DO NEEDFUL ACTION.

But till now no paper to be delivered, daily ur people calling me and asking the paper delivery or not, but no one taking the interest to delivery the paper

I live in Mantri Splendor, Geddalahalli, Hennur Main Road, Bengaluru. Sneha &Rakshith Agency, dealer of all newspapers and real estate, Muniyappa Layout, Chelikere, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru 560043 is the vendor who supplies to newspapers to all 256 apartments in Mantri Splendor . Delivery of daily paper is done by one Krishnappa of Sneha &rakshith agency. He delivers paper only by 7.15 am which is too late as I have to leave for work by 8. Krishnappa has a monopoly in supply to all apartments here and will not permit anyone else to supply. Dog in manger policy. Am unable to get the newspaper in the mornings. Hi! I have been availing times of india and economic times as an annual subscription for several past years.. Of late have changed to my new residence where i would like to avail the same subscription and my newspaper vendor says he needs a coupon for the same from your (Times of india) end.. Pls help.. The times of india representative in the area is selective in offering this scheme to new areas as a result several of my friends in our large complex are converting to hindustan times with the same newspaper vendor. Is this deliberate or due to faulty implementation i would like to know please.. As this seems to be a overlooked reason by toi and patronages and readership loyalties are effectively changing just due to faulty implementation.

I am shailesh dehankar subscriber of times of india with economics time from last one year.
My subscription was over on date 16th nov 2016.
Before that i renewed my subscription amount also deducted from account but activation copy still not received.
Your local coordinator not pick-up the calls & vendor not ready give copy.

I'm not sure how much you are in control of the content of your newspaper and website, but I what's nonsense and what's not.
"An IAS topper falls in love with her fellow Muslim second ranker" is your front page news of a newspaper filled with mediocre and polarised content for people who don't care about fact-checking.
This article shows how stupid Indians are to read this crap and call it news. You had to mention how her parents were shocked when she told them about marrying him and didn't mention how his parents reacted. Any parent would've felt the same way, how are his parents any different? You made the article look like he was congratulated by his parents.
And what is 'love jihad' according to you? Muslims seducing Hindu girls to marry them and make them Muslim, why? Because Hindu girls are just that stupid. Do you even know what jihad means or what love means for that matter? Jihad means to struggle, to struggle against sins, temptations, and anything that interrupts our faith with God. Do you realise what a moron you sound like for describing an entire article about an oxymoron like 'love jihad'?
And please, the next time you are bought and paid for writing an article to please political and communal interests, at least write like you're IQ is above 100.

This is to inform that I have subscribed for the Times Of India News paper and made the payment though cheque(262416 - ICICI Bank) dated[protected]. According to the subscription we should get the News paper coupons in next one month after payment clearance.
But still we did not receive any coupons, we are continuously following regarding it but did not get any satisfactory response.

Request you to please look into this matter and provide the coupons ASAP so that we can receive the News paper on promised time (start the News paper from 1 December 2016).

Vodafone company should shut down
My name is heena rao from mumbai, borivali (West) am an aspiring actress and i immediately wanted my prepaid vodafone to convert it into postpaid.. On 18th nov i called customer care of vodafone regarding my postapid and they took that seriously and sent 2 males from which one is sunny who came to my resident and took ₹150 and gave receipt and 4g postpaid card and said it would take 2 days max to call and immediate next day i got a msg on whatsapp
To send my pan card id image which i did and i asked within how long would it start... They replied by evening my postpaid would start and that was the last time they called.. Later there of none response from their side all the numbers they had given wer swtiched off and today 21st nov 2016 when i got a call from another vodafone department to change my plan for postpaid i told him the whole scenario he was brijesh patel from marol department and he told that it takes only one day to activate and no charges are take for 499 red plan so i called the one who had come to my place "sunny" he gave me one females number.. Her phone was busy so i called her multiple times she din solve my problem and on top of that she is arguing and fighting wid me saying that "cant u understnd, how can u call like that and all"
Is this the justic of vodafone company??

I (vijay jawalkar) am a regular reader of Times of India news paper. I have continuously subscribed for the last 4 years. This year 2016 also, I have paid for annual subscription in Jan 2016 till dec 2016. Till 31 Oct 2016, I was getting my news paper regularly at my home delivered by the local vendor names Shivaji More. But currently I am not getting my paper since 01 Nov 2016 as local vendor is saying my name not active. I have already shared payment receipt & bank statement but to no use. Can you please look into it urgently & confirm why my name is not active.

I have paid my Annual subscription through Time of India representative Mr. Jaganathan DSC Code: CR4917 on 08/10/2016. The payment has been made through HDFC cheque 000041. Within three days I am getting call from TOI for verification of my details. After that no response from any one. The agent disconnecting my calls, no one pickups from the Times of India customer complaint cell No.[protected]-82 (four numbers). No response to my mails for four time finally they responded last week (today 8th day) promised to reply within three days. No response so far. My mail correspondence is attached herewith for reference. email id. crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com. Never expect such response from the leading news paper in India. My mobile number is [protected]

Jetairways privilege points scheme is a conning reward facility making people sign up to be a member building up points and if not used in time points are then taken away. By being a member for a number of years and building up points to allow my parents to upgrade to business class this has just not been possible every time you call the department they say no seats available to upgrade and when boarding the flight and checking for space there is always plenty of seats available. I have complained on a numbers of occasion and all they never say is we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will look into the matter and they never return with and answer. Jetairways should not be allow to advert this facility if they can not willing to fulfil customer needs. This to me is false advertising and people need to know.

I stay in Pune and had subscribed TOI daily newspaper since April 2016 from local vendor. Vendor is charging Re 1 extra per day to deliver the paper to my flat. As per him he has to hire a boy [actually KID] to deliver papers to every doors so he is charging extra money and this has been charged across Pune from every vendor.
My society is located at main road of locality and there are more than 40 buyers alone from my building. Apart from that there are multiple buildings located in near by/ adjacent to his office so they can’t blame that they have to pay any extra expenses to deliver their services.
I wanted to know that is it correct to charge delivery charges from customers which as per my knowledge is includes in paper cost itself?
I am planning to discontinue my subscription because I think its not acceptable to me at all.

Hi, i had issued a cheque# 034887 (citibank) dt 23/09/2016 for the annual subsciption of the times of india, i got the subscription/barcode no dch0112780, but i didnt receive any voucher from the times till date. i went to the vendor twice but he is saying that he didnt get any confirmation letter from the company so he cant help me
Their customer care no is never answered and by my good fortune it was answered once when i had raised a complaint for this complaint# 1335083

After that no communication from them. please help.

However, the current paper Vendor (named Rishikesh) is not delivering newspaper for months together. his is not contactable either.

I had paid rs 795/- vide cheque no 228018 dated 11/04/2016 drawn on hdfc bank netaji subhash place branch to my vendor mr arun sharma who started supplying the paper from 02/06/2016 which has now been stopped from 01/11/2016 with the reason that your office has not issued the coupons for supplying the same for 15 months. i tried to connect mr surender on [protected] but he is not picking up the mobile. please arrange to issue me the coupons so that the delivery can start again at my residence address : 171 akash kunj, sector-9, rohini, delhi-110085.

This is madonna from alwarthirunagar in chennai... We called up times office as they stopped issuing newspaper from september mids till now but our subscription ends only on december.. No action has been taken till now from their side.. We have called them till today but they never even consider taking even the smallest move to help us... Worst service ever
