With due respect we wish to state that the d. j. b. sanctioned to installed a water pipe line
For our area (palam village from shiv mandir to radhey shyam mandir). this area is badly effected due to scarcity of water, because we could not be connected to any side of d. j. b. peripheral water supply line in the area. after a long fighting and requests to the delhi government and d. j. b. this pipe line was sanctioned.

On the prior verbal assurance from mr. vijay pandit b. j. p. dist. president & husband of our area councilor the work was started on 27th september, he assured us that you will not face any problem to get execute this work, but all of a sudden the husband of our councilor (mr vijay pandit bjp) came on the spot and ordered to stop the work immediately without giving any reason or cause. the work was about to reach to the other end.

The ladies who usualy take care of the household (mostly were happy), but suddenly distressed and shocked after hearing this news that a bjp office bearer has stopped the work. every body from young to old ladies and gents requested him to allow the work but in vain. any official can be depute to confirm facts from the site.

You are kindly requested to use your good offices to direct mr. vijay pandit to let the contractor resume the work.

Ps - his wife fight the election on inld (choutala) but we supported ms sunita puniya the bjp candidate in that election. mr. pandit and his wife have joined the bjp, so instead of helping the bjp supporter he is harassing us.

(then story of mr. kejriwal will be true that bjp is not allowing us to work)

But we have approached you first not to kejriwal or his mla.

You are requested to use your good offices and direct the dist. president to abstain from such cheap politics. an early and favourable action will be highly appreciated.

My name is A J Sadagopan and i was contacted by Shri Ramachandran (Mob No [protected]) on 24.09.2016 and i have issued a cheque for Rs 499/- for one year subscription from 01.10.2016 to 30.09.2016. To my dismay i have not received the paper on 01.10.2016 and i contacted your help line[protected] on 02.10.2016 and again on 03.10.2016 but still i was not getting the papers. I called Shri Ramachandran twice on 03.10.2016 and 04.10.2016 but it materialized only on 07.10.2016 .
Now again since 13.10.2016 i am not getting the paper at my home and i would like to know whether i will get it from tomorrow or not . If it is not possible to continue i would like you to refund the amount so that i can continue with my old Deccan chronicle which was regular in supply. My subscriber ID is 35460820.

I did not receive toi chennai edition last week for 3 days and again today, which i think will continue. This is because, the bill raised by the supplier - s. Sundaram (News agency), a5, 25/14, kalayanpuram street, choolaimedu, chennai 600094. Cell[protected] was inflated. He has charged me rs.2880.00 for economic times for the past 4 years. I worked the mrp of ec as follows: mon 11, tu & wed 10.50 & balance days 3.50. This works out to rs.46 per week & rs.2403 pa adding 11 for the 365th day. He told me that the balance was delivery charges. I have paid him based on this working. He therefore has stopped supply of toi. I would like to know if his charge of rs.2880.00 is correct. Kindly ask your representative to address the issue.

I am from hyderabad. i have subscribed the times of india news paper for 1 year from 16-apr-2016 to 16-apr-2017. my subscriber id: 32870566.
I shifted to a new address (within hyderabad) on 11-sep-2016 and updated the address to the toi office hyderabad and also e-mailed the same to 'crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com'.

Even with repeated phone calls and email remainders, the address is not updated and i am not getting the news paper till date.in every call they say that it will be resolved within 2-3 days.

I dont know why it takes so much of time to update the address and deliver the news paper to the new address???

I have subscribed annually for the Times of India + Mumbai Mirror & Economic Times under above subscriber ID.

I am a regular TOI reader for past 6 years. I have never paid any delivery charges to any vendor till date.
Have you changed and rules of delivery? are we supposed to pay delivery charges to the person delivering the newspaper compulsorily. Will the newspaper supply be stooped and not delivered by you?

Please advice urgently as i have been told by your newspaper agent supplying me the paper to pay the delivery charges on a monthly basis.

This is bulusu ravikumar id # 35296996. As per your area manger of nanganallur area, yet to receive the travelers bag. As per area magnet, i would have been received it in 2 week times. Though i have sent couple of communication thru email and phone, till now i have not received the promotion. Is it for developingmarketing strength or just for advertisement. Sorry to say this.
Of course, iam not depending on your bag. But i feel very sorry for it
Media is the main source of india. But even media is cheating public.

On 1st and 2nd oct 2016 it was wtitten on front page 110 pages and 88 pages respectively but we have receivrd only 100 pages and 70 pages instead of 110 pages and 88 pages respectvely. We shown it to vender. They said we deliver what we get. Second section was totally missing both the days. Pls look into the matter urgently from where this missing taking place.

I got call & mail from (Timesquickstrips.com) a person on 10/09/2016 and he told me that if i book holiday of Rs. 5999 on that day, i will get samsung mobile note 4 as i selected as lucky customer, so i booked the holiday and he claimed that company is member of indian association of tour operator, but when i not received any thing then i checked with indian association of tour operator, they said that times quick trips are not member of them. and then i call on the number from where i got call, nobody picking up the call, even i call number provided on website, but no one pick my call. even i tried to cancel my order as it is writen on website that you can cancel the order within 7 days of purchase but it would not happen. so i requested you pls do need ful these are following number from where i got call [protected] [protected] [protected] even neither i able to book any hotel accomodation. they are claiming that we are part of times group. website name Timesquickstrips.com

My address is 108, deerwood, nirvana country, sector 50. gurgaon. i have been residing at this address for more than 8 years now.

The newspaper delivery person in my area is a ruffian. i have had many issues with him in the past - charging twice during the same month on the pretext that i had not paid previously, getting fake notes while making payments and all other kind of rowdy behaviour. the last time we refused to pay twice during the same month, he stopped dropping papers at our place.

It has been more than 6 months now, when asking him - he says - jo karna hai kar lo.

Can anyone do something about this!!!

Hi.. my name is rameshchandra tandel.. and i am a subsciber of toi since last 7 years. our vendor boy delivering only toi newspaper without mumbai mirror and bombay times and he is charging full. i asked delivery boy but he says our agent/vendor is giving only toi at the cost of all newspaper. hope you will take proper action against the correct people..

Hawkers of Times of India are charging more than price mentioned on Newspaper. They have charged ₹5 instead of MRP ₹4 for Economic Times. They are not even afraid of any complaints and blaming that the company is providing them the Newspaper at that cost only so they would charge more . We all know that it is against lawif someone is selling Newspaper at higher price and strict action must be taken against them. Also they provide rough bill and they do not have proper billing system.

I am subscriber of toi for more than 20 years. for more than a year, my newspaper vendor at aundh, pune is inflating toi cost in his monthly bill by rs. 20 (does not show separately). on inquiry, he says this is for pune times supplement. actually, this is delivery charges he is levying. but he is including it in toi price and not showing separately in his bills. i understand, his charging of delivery charges is illegal as he is already getting commission from toi.

I have paid yearly subscription money for Rs. 1, 262/- against cheque no 172373 dated 18.05.16 o[censored]nion Bank of India.

The subscription commencement coupon was received through the post late in the evening in last week of august -16. But unfortunately the official who came to collect the coupon dropped in our house same day before we received by post. Hence, coupon remain at our end till date.

Suddenly the vendor stopped delivering newspaper copy from last week.
When I enquired with vendor, the reason for stopping delivery was late payment from my side. He informed that he has received a list of subscriber from Times of India to stop delivery to such customer.

Now I would like to inform you that the payment was done on time so how can you stop delivering papers when the subscription commencement documents says copy start date is 16.06.16 and end date is 15.06.17.

Kindly look in the matter and start delivering my copies immediately.

I have received a soothing reply from your subscription office recently assuring prompt deliveries which remain an empty promise till now. I have not recived may today's TOI at the time of sending this message at 0908 Hrs!

I hope this message is seen by some one responsible and acted upon!
