I SUBSCRIBED TOI DAILY NEWS PAPER ON 8.5.15 THROUGH AGENT B.NAVEEN KUMAR (MOBILE [protected])WHO CAME TO MY HOUSE AND HE PROMISED THAT DELIVARY STARTS FROM 16.5.2015, I PAID RS 600 /ANNUM.HAVING NOT RECEIVED PAPER ON 16.5.15, 17.5.15 I REMAINDED HIM AND TO THE OFFICE NUM[protected]LATHA)BUT ON 19.5.15 MR.KUMAR GAVE IRRESPOSSIBLE ANSWER AND SUGGESTED ME TO TAKE REFUND, KEEPING FAULT WITH HIM. DESPITE POOR SERVICE IN DELIVERING, I WANT TO CONTINUE IF I WAS PROVIDED ALL NEWS PAPERS FROM 16.5.15 (AS I AM SUPPOSED TO GET) OTHER WISE REFUND MY AMOUNT .

I have made annual subscription to Times of India's Chennai edition with effect from November 01, 2014.My subscription No. is [protected].The vender's boys deliver the paper regularly, but sometimes they deliver Hindu paper instead of Times of India.I have pointed this deficiency in service to the authorised vender on his mobile. He had assured me to make amends and deliver the missed copies of Times of India on two occassions, but all in vain.Even today he did not fulfill his promise!

Hi, I am Mohd Tarif live in Madangir Delhi, Every Wednesday I buy the newspaper, but I do not get the full paper. Today the paper have 50 pages but I got only 35 pages. What about other? Evry time I buy the news paper from Mr Darshan (Devli More, Khanpur, New Delhi - 62 ) & he sells separately Ascent paper. I am an esteemed reader of your daily.My id is 30946717. I'm not getting my paper since a month.. i.e., from april 2nd. I contacted TOI vizag regarding this and they are making fake promises that the paper will be delivered from the next day and i haven't seen that next day till now. I have contacted more than 3 times. IT IS A SHAME TO TOI VIZAG AS THEY ARE NOT RENDERING THEIR SERVICES PROPERLY.

Dear Sirs, We have been subscribing to Times of India for the past 40 years. As per the suggestion of the representative Mr. Sanket S. C ( RRE Code[protected] from Times of India, I issued a cheque for INR 1, 262 favouring Bennet & Coleman Ltd. This was for one year subscription of Times and Economic Times. Mr. Sanket, the representative from Times of India promised prompt action. He assured that he would call me the next day, resolve the vendor issues, and promised to change to the vendor etc etc. He assured me that the subscription will start from 1-May-2015 onwards. He did not call me up, nor did he bother to ensure that the Newspapers are delivered. But till today, newspaper is not being delivered to me. When I called up the Times RRE Mr Sanket, he was shirking his responsibility, saying that he has already informed the vendor, and the vendor has already confirmed that the newspapers are being delivered. Mr Sanket was behaving in an irresponsible and careless manner . He was not in a mood to resolve the issue. It is really surprising that staff from reputed newspaper like "Times of India" is behaving like this. Times of India should refund me the money, in case they are interested in sorting out this issue. In the last 8mths I submitted for subcription of Times Of India twice.Both the times I submitted all required documents.Times of India misplaced it.For the third time I submitted all documents on 4/3/15.All i got is a message saying that my subscription No.is [protected].Nobody bothered to follow up.This is redicules????????

I have subscribed Times of India Mumbai edition from 16.06.2014 and my ID is 29805047, Lead Number [protected] and Vendor 21573933. I have now shifted from Nerul (W) to Kharghar Sector 10 and would like to change my address and also renew my subscription for next one year. Kindly advise me as to how to proceed in this matter.

My Subscriber ID is 33600372. I would like to register my complaint that whenever there is any offer or supplementary pages are provided during festival or on a particular occasion, the vendor is not providing the paper in full. Today there should be 58 pages in the paper including times of chandigarh and notification of Gazette of India but Gazette of India not delivered to me. When the complaint was registered with the CRM at Chandigarh TOI office there was no assurance from them and even they are not picking the phone now. The TOI employees at Chandigarh Office are extremely rude and not serious about consumer services.

From last three weeks, we are not getting the newspaper and five times we have called Times of India office in Chennai. Every times it was assured that within 48 hrs our complaint will be resolved.But till date nothing happened. Really irritating.

I "Wilson Philip" residing in Kalyan(W) had applied for issuing "Times Of India" for Yearly Scheme since June 2014.The Agency in Kalyan asked me to issue Cheque and other documents .I handed over all required documents .After three months Times Of India tells me that the cheque is misplaced .I was asked to issue another cheque.I issued another cheque to the representative of Kalyan and the cheque was not presented for clearance for another four months.For the last seven months I have been calling the Agent in Kalyan and also called Seema working for Times Of India Head Office and she also made all kind of false promises. For the last seven to eight months my patience was tested.Finaly I was again promised by your agent that he will deal with it and I issued another cheque dated 4/3/2015.There is no response at all.Kindly look into it and do the needful

Hi! Am a very old patron of TOI and the subscription of my tabloid got expired on february 15 2015. I didn't receive any renewal calls from their end and when I calked them for the remewal I was assured that a person named Anthony would come to collect the cheque.. I waited for 2 days at my residence, called them agn and they gave me the same false hope..which made me wait further 2 days.. third time I called the same cust care girl who had assured the cheque collection came with a different reply i:e "Your account is closed". I asked why was it closed when the payment was always taken in advance..and if it was closed why did they make me wait 4 days in seperate calls in past. She gave me a complain number and hung up. I didnt receive any call. I called them again snd she said we cant assure when you would get a call as we are from subscription team and yours is a renewal issue. When I asked them to connect me with the renewal team, she denied it. After that spoke to another girl and told her the trauma i had to go through.. she assured it will be done asap. She called in the noon for the call verification (dunno what was her intention) and asked me "what is your problem "?. It was surprising as the same girl had heard my ordeal of renewal in detail. post verification she said it will be done in few days. I waited for a week. Called again and spoke to the incharge who too said that the account was closed but she will do the needful. Post that its been 5 days now still not a single call or solution over my renewal. except a futile strange call for verification. I am hugely disappointed by rhe subscription dept cust care ppl who have no concern over a readers subscription or calls, as never did they thought of reverting or admitting a mistake. Toi is a big newspaper..but sadly you lost a reader due to a very bad customer support.

i had paid the newspaper vendor 20 days money in advance for delivering daily news paper . but the vendor delivered newspaper onyfor two days .and then stopped delivering..i called him several times but he is not answering my call. his name is tiwari. and his mobile number is .[protected].this is duping the customer by falsely promising to deliver the newspaper .and not doing it. my name is haren pandit my address. 16-d nilgiri 3 sector 34 noida-201307 my.mobile number [protected]

I have not yet received any newspaper till date from the starting date of 14.04.2015, although I have paid the full suscription amount of Rs. 499/- for subscription for a year till 13.04.2016. My name is Ms. Shweta pant subcription No. 33516505, cheque given on 1st october 2014 but till date not recieved any booklet or subcription commencement coupon etc. moreover we are getting improper supply of paper most of the times the suppliment copies are not supplied to us such as times ascent, education & mostly times property. The complaints are already made more than 100 times to vendor Anil Singh ([protected]), Area Manager Mr. Neeraj ([protected]), Zonal Manager Mr. Raja ([protected]) but nobody is resolving the same we are highly harassed & disturbed because of this kindly help as i think your area distributor is very strong person because after so many complaints your area manager & zonal manager is not able to regularise the supply. Hi, I live in Ghatkoper, Mumbai and buy TOI monthly. The newspaper distributor is charging 20% extra for delivering TOI at door steps. When I inquired about the reason why? He said, all the distributors in Ghatkoper(W) are charging 20% extra so I am charging too.
