I gave this reqeust in the month of april and still not getting any confirmation from Times of India about the change of address not i got any communication from them to approach which news paper vendor in my area to avail this service.

Pls help

Subscription collected twice in a year. Complaint lodged with Mr KARTHIK Phone no [protected].But no result... Paper distribution stopped ..Payments details :

since double payment collected during 2011 , payment not collected for 2013...But all of a sudden with out notice paper distribution stopped..

I submitted SBI cheque No. 100883, dated 7th April 2013, for Rs.299/- against a subscription payment for a period of six months offer.

Inspite of reminding telephonically many times also visiting Mr. Ankur Khanna at Sector 8 chandigarh office; I haven't received the coupons till date.

Mr. Khanna had assured to deliver the coupons at my residence the next day before 10AM as he said, "the concerned person had taken the coupons along with him and he was out off station" on 20th June 2013.

This is to bring to your notice that in spite of many telephonic complaints regarding the disruption in the supply of newspaper,nothing has happened, I had paid the annual sub for the year 2013-14 in APRIL2013 for my sub expiring in JUNE 2013. After the complaint for the past one month I recd the newspaper for 5 days that also occasionally. Few days back i.e, on 07.06.2013 I recd the new Subscription Commencement Coupon, On 15.June the person who delivers the newspaper comes and demands Rs200/-, saying that only if he is paid the amount will he take the the COUPON and supply the paper.so till date my newspaper has not been supplied, there has not been any response from TOI office.

Dear Madam/Sir,

I would like to raise our concern against the newspaper providers of Times of India who handle the subscriptions for Times of India newspaper.

We have a subscription with Timesof India and Ecconomic times which is to expire on 15/7/2013. We have paid in full on 24/12/12. Two months back we moved from Kanjur Marg (E) to Mulund (W) and requested for a change of address. Our order number is MT[protected] and it is in the name of Mansukh Gala. Our local vendor was Sabajti Yadav. Since placing our request we have followed up with someone by the name of Sneha whose email id is crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com repeatedly and have only received extremely unsatisfying replies from the team. Our newspaper delivery was to start from Jun 1st.

Some team members we spoke with , Seema to name one, tells us Sneha is on vacation and we are not allowed to call her, we have no idea on the process of ensuring you receive your newspaper and this change of address. Today we are on 9th of June and we still have no idea on the newspapers delivery. Inspite of calling the helplines and talking to numerous people a simple request is not heard and no replies at all given on how to proceed.

We are really dissappointed by this service provided by Times Group. We have been a dedicated follower of this newspaper and have always encouraged the articles. However this unsupportive and irresponsive approach has made us change our minds.

We would appreciate that atleast that someone replies to this email and ensures that the newspaper reaches us from tomorrow as we do not have to keep following up and requesting for something that was a service we had paid for on timely basis.

I am subscriber of 6 months subscription of Times Of India in Attapur, Hyderabad.
I shifted from attapur to Vidya nagar colony, I informed in the Times Of India office about this change and they assured me that i would be receiving paper on my new address. It has been almost 25 days since i made first complaint in the office about not receiving paper but till now i now i have not recieceved.
Daily i call both the area executive and Times of India office and they assure me saying that from tomorrow onwards i would be recieving paper. But their tomorrow is never coming.

I have subscribed to Times of India, Economic Times & Mumbai Mirror on yearly basis. My Order Nos are: MSTOI 3800684 and 3819014, both dated 25/09/12; for home delivery of the newspapers from 16/10/2012 to 15/10/2013. The RRE is Ravindra Pandey, Code 21536743.
The Vendor mentioned in the order is Manish Telkar, Vendor Code 21486345 Area Code is MA039. The sub-Dealer is Sunil Gupta and sub_Dealer Code 2230160' The sub-dealer who is in touch with me for delivery has expressed his helplessness regarding delivery as the newspapers are actually received and distributed by a third person who has gone to his native place.

I am shocked how such a distribution system is working where today we don't know to whom my newspapers are being given and I am forced to buy the newspaper from retail on daily basis. Is somebody pocketing extra money thru this?
I had called on Tele No 66354021 on 25th May at 2.30pm and spoke to one Ms Manali who said she takes the complaints and told her the entire situation. She told she will get back to me on 27th May, but she has not got back to me. When I asked her to give me complaint No, she said they don't have such a system. I am not sure whether such a system for handling complaints works.

Can any responsible person take up this matter and get my home delivery of newspaper started quickly? Pl also check where the papers meant for me are going today and is anybody making some extra money at my cost. If this is so it is terrible weakness in the system.
Can I expect the solution by tomorrow (29th May), having already suffered for a week?

Dear Sir/ Madam,

We have paid for Times Of India Coupons on 24th April 2013, & are yet to receive the coupons. We have been waiting & calling the customer care number repeatedly, but no response.

The coupons are supposed to be delivered to Saidapet & is still not delivered , nor is any Customer Care Representative bothered to resolve this issue.

Please look into this issue & provide a remedy at the earliest.

I have opted for the newspaper subscription of Times Of India in the month of march and I have given a cheque payment of Rs 299/- through my wife's syndicate bank account ..I got a subscription coupon from the newspaper company where nobody turned to collect the coupon meanwhile I have misplaced the coupon and I have given several complaints through the customer service and they have promised that they will issue a duplicate coupon and will arrange to issue the subscription ..for the past two months i have' nt recieve the subscription which is really frustrating ..Pls take this complaint and help me to get the resolution asap ......

I am a regular subscriber of Times of India news paper for last 4 years. For last four months I am not getting the newspaper regularly. I have complained to my vendor but in vein. I tried to contact Co's customer care, nobody responded. I have paid yearly subscription in advance and now I want to discontinue my relationship with TOI for their poor service. Non delivery of issues for the past 37 days
This is to bring to your notice that I subscribed to the Times of India Chennai ed on 12/11/2012. MY ORDER NO :NAK33999 I was assured that I would start receiving paper FROM Jan 2013 and I have received the pape for 3 months from Jan2013.From April onwards Ihave not received any issue.I have talked over phone to your chennai office daily till today and it is of no use.If you have conscience take appropriate action.if not,Ii have to say GOOD BYE to TIMES OF INDIA..

I am old reader of Times of India residing in Padmaraonagar , secunderabad , subscribing 3 months scheme from last 2 to 3 years but when the renewal time has come the vendor of this area Mr.A.khalid threaten me that he would not like to renew my subscription as we have given a complaint to TOI regarding the irregular dropping of news paper in my House. So he would like to teach me the lesson by not renewing the subscription. If the attitude of the vendor is like this then how the customer will satisfy with the service. so it is my request to look into the issue & solve the issue so that i can get the subscription immediately.

I am a subscriber of Times of India Paper in Chennai from the time it was reintroduced here. The problem I am facing is that I am not getting my papers regularly. Even today, I did not get my copy. I had made 3 calls to the delivery agent; and even lodged a complaint with the Times group here in Chennai. The reply I got, is that they have taken up the matter with the agent and it will not happen again. This is not the first time, and I got the same reply from them earlier. The call to the helpline was made around 8.15 AM. Why did they not make sure that my copy was delivered later in the day?
I would like to know if any action will be taken on this complaint.

I have not received newspaper till this date(22/04/2013) and there is no proper response from them.

we have been harrassed by him for past two years but have finished patience now to continue with this guy.
It is very difficult, as we had spoken to times of india supply incharge too of our area but he said he cant help us in this regard.

The Agent of the times of India collected Rs.299/- from me on 03.03.2012 as advance Annual Subscription for Times of India newspaper for one year from 01.04.2012 and issued an Order Cum Receipt No.NAL 048945 and informed me that I will get a Voucher from Times of India office by post and it has to be handed over to the paper agent. So far no Voucher has been received by me. When I contacted him by phone, he asked me to report to your office. When your Office was contacted, there was no response.Please send the Voucher immediately.

one and half month before i gave a cheque(vijaya bank no 825928) to bennet and colo..company ,to get one year subscription.to get TIMES OF INDIA paper
daily.cheque has been cashed one month before.but nothing has come till now. i have call in office 10 times but nobody responding
i may go in consumer court because i have all proof.but i want you to give last chance.
please do the needful otherwise i will be forced to go to court.

I’m writing this complaint on behalf of my husband Karthik Viswanathan’s Payback card ([protected]).

On Saturday 8 Dec 2012, Times of India newspaper had a Big Bazaar ad "MileStone presents Travel Fest" with a Payback information that read, “Get 500 Bonus Points On Purchase of Branded Soft & Hard Trolley” with logos of MileStone, SAFA and Skybags.

The next day, on Sunday 9 Dec 2012, we purchased 3 Skybags trolleys worth Rs.10016.75 from Big Bazaar at Old Madras Road, Bangalore (RECEIPT No.0008479). We were told by Big Bazaar customer care that it would take 30 days for the 500 points to get credited.

Even after a month the points did not get credited. We raised complaint with Payback[protected] for which there was no response for many days, We called them 2-3 times, for which the replies were, "the offer in newspaper ad does not reflect in our database", "we’ll check and get back to you", etc. Then suddenly on 24th Feb, Raju Biswas <[protected]@payback.in> send the following mail:-

Tried reaching you on [protected] (Not reachable). However could not establish a contact. We would like to inform you that, we had forwarded your request to our concerned department. And we have received the revert that, the complaint is of more than 60days. And as per the process we do not entertain complaints more then 60 days.Hence points would not be credited.

My husband, Karthik’s phone number is on roaming, and hence may not be available all the time, But Payback neither tried sending him an email nor an SMS, and concluded with statement "could not establish a contact". As a customer care, if a consumer's complaint is more than 60 days old, they should be handling it with maximum priority, because it indicates their inability to resolve a complaint for that long; but instead, they simply close it.

Putting up an offer ad in a newspaper to the mass, and not keeping up to it, is clear cheating.

Hi,

I am staying in Sukh-Shanti Apartments,GH-15,Sec-56,Gurgaon.

All the apartments are geeting daily newspaper delivery quite late in the morning(Not earlier than 9.00AM).By this time,most of the people already had left for their offices.

I have complained to the relevant delivery boy and the relevant newspaper manager who comes for money calculation.But their response is that we have insufficient staff for delivery.

I request to kindly take this up and help lot of customers in our residencial apartments for getting their services.
