Delay in receiving paper everyday

I am regular avid reader of TOI daily. In the last 3 months or so the paper distributor in our area(Marol Military Road) has been delivering the newspapers between 7-9am stating reasons of delayed receipt of newspaper from TOI itself. Today(28-Mar) it was delivered at 8.30am. Today's delay is deu to delay in receiving from TOI. I am told that they received from TOI only at 7AM. I am one such person that if I do not have the fresh paper...

Not receiving news paper in spite of repetitive complaints

I have subscribed for The Times of India and Sunday Times in Dhamaka offer on 2nd Jan 10 for 6 months and It was supposed to be impleted by 16th Jan 10. However till now I have not recieved a single copy of the same.

In this regard I have called your office at[protected] and emailed the compalints many times in last two month and informed the same but action is not yet taken and I am still not receiving the news paperbr...

Obscene pics in newspaper

Times of india news paper is now regularly printing nude/semi-nude pics of women. It seems like nobody is stopping them of doing same.
If news papers are allowed to print nude/soft porn pics, then what is wrong with channels like fashion tv where girls are models and they have to wear the relevant type of clothing without considering what is hidden and what is exposed.

Its a shame that nobody is caring about the purpose...

Problem in transferring annual subscription to new Address

We have been regular subscribers of Times of India news paper. At December end, we shifted from bandra to borivali. Hence we wanted the subscription to get transfer to new location. After contacting TOI marketing agen t who collects the cheque, we came to know that we have to contact TOI helpline. On January 5 2010, called TOI office to put transfer request. After 2-3 follow ups the officer person confirmed that scheme has been transferred....

NON RECEIPT OF MT SUBSCRIPTION

I AM FACING PROBLEMS WITH VENDOR THE WHO HAS SUDDENLY STOPPED GIVING MT ALONG WITH TOI AS PER THE 6 MONTHS SUBSCIPTION . HE SAY TOI DOES NOT GIVE HIM THE FREE COPY . WHEN CONTACTED TOI PEOPLE THEY SAY THEY GIVE THE COPY BUT HE SELLS THE SAME TO OTHER CUSTOMER.

Sir I am buying The Times of India News Paper under their combo offer scheme (in which the both papers comes at Rs. 6.00 and Sunday Rs. 8.00.) Vendor in Dwarka New Delhi(Vendor's name RAVI NEWS AGENCY, B-1/157, Madhu Vihar, Street no.81, Dwarka Sector-3, New Delhi-11059) charged fot the month of Feb 2010 Rs. 195/-( for 28 days- 24 normal and 4 special). MSRTC

I had to travel to dadar on 02.03.10, so i caught a volvo A/c Shivneri bus from Wakad stop. the conductor at the bus stand charged me 225/- so i go the last seat no: 43. but after a while as the bus touches Express Highway. the A/c of the bus was completely not working only it had the blower going on.. people in the bus were sweating like anything..after a while the bus stopped at the food mall near lonavala. again we started the journey...

skim of providing Mta or Mum. Mirror

Times of India gives skim of Rs.5 of paper with supplement of Mumbai Mirror or Maharashtra Times, but I experienced many news paper sellers refuse to give Maharashtra Times instead of Mumbai Mirror. Paper seller near Thane(W) stn., Lokmanya Nagar, Sawarkar Nagar do not provide this skim on stall. The strict action must be take these paper sellers....

Chennai Edition - Subscription

Hi,

This is bring to your notice that i subscribed to the times of india chennai ed in September 2009.

I have shifted my house in Velachery and informed the same to the agent but I am not getting the paper since last one month. Whenever I talk with the agent in Velachery (Chennai), he always tells me that he has informed Times of india office. He is not giving me my coupans and also not giving me my order number....

late/erratic delivery & arrogant attitude

I/my household has lived life with Times of india. We loved it as our family member when a new entrant " Mail Today " was also introduced to our family a few years back. We stay in Sarita Vihar ( F-217 ), New Delhi since 1992. The vender Sanjay - Vijay have been effectively making deliveries till recently. newspaper pages

My name is Rehana S K. I am a resident of Ankleshwar.
My complaint is about the pages which the times of India supplies everyday.
Everyday the pages on top says 23 or 26 pages.but the total pages are only 18-19.
Why is that? they take the amount 3 Rs perfactly but don't give the right amount of pages.

Non delivery of News Paper

Dear Sir ,

i was regular reader of your paper ans have subscribed the same again though the delivery last time also was not proper no papewr on sundays but this time you have crossed the limit as we have not recd single issue
am very offended by the content on Times of India portal for publishing sleaze in the name of entertainment on the front page of the web-site while relegating most of newsworthy items to a link...

Irregular delivery

I have paid Rs.145 for six months Times of India during its promotional campaign on 22nd Aug 2009.

The delivery system was so poor that i could not get one week's daily without interruption untill now

When ever i register a complaint to the TOI off. the standard reply was "we will look in to in to the matter and do the needfull., or please contact your local distributor.

Non delivery of Daily Newspaper

Dear Sir,

I have subscribed the TOI daily for one year. Order # NAC031190.

I have submitted my change of address through e-mail as per the request of Chennai CRM team of TOI and the same did not happened till now. Last 2 months I'm following with TOI team and every time they says that with in 48 hrs the complaint will be resolved, but all false commitment.
