Dear Sir/Madam,
I have taken Annual subscription of Economics Times(Mon-Fri) as per Order ID-TS0052143 dtd 13.10.2021, but till date the newspaper have not been started inspite of many reminders on their mail.
Please look into the matter and help me to get my Rs.780/- back as soon as possible.

The image show belongs to our terminal in Sohar, Oman and is the property of our company - Oiltanking Terminals & Co. LLC.

The author, Sachin Parasar, has wrongly uploaded this image without our consent in an article that relates to a port in Iran, with which we have no business relationship.

I request TOI to immediately remove this on a priority basis from their news media.

This is regarding a very surprising incident that times of india ahmedabad city news on 03.12.2021 posted an article regarding an online fraud case that happened with me for which i had lodged a conmpaint with cyber crime police department.

The article has used my name, my society name and company name after which i have been receiving so many calls from various persons. I highly object the usage of my personal details without my permission and request to remove it from online content as soon as possible.
I even went to time of india office in ahmedabad and called several times but no positive response was given.
The article starts with " ONGC official swindled out of 2 lakh"

Please remove it as soon as possible. It has defamed me to the extent which is unimaginable and has caused lots of embarrasement with no fault of mine.

But ECONOMIC times not delivered a single day despite I ask vendor every day.

You called 100 times for subscription but after collecting money, will you not act on it and do the delivery ? Pr is what you are known for ? It is more than 45 days now

Ensure u deliver ECONOMIC TIMES with Monday ET WEALTH, my subscription date should start from the day u start delivering for 1 year and not from day I paid money

Or REFUND MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY

My subscription actually started on 15 December 2020. But delivery happened only from 20th of December 2020. From them on I have complained so many times regarding irregular delivery of news paper. Times customer care call me repeatedly but no solution has been given. Every week 2 days of paper is not delivered. Extension of subscription is also not given. Hope for a solution soon. Even today no paper was delivered

Sir, I wondered by watching your paper edition dt. 01.12.2021 in which there is no coverage of death of Sri Sirivennala Seetharamasastry. All telugu dailies have highlighted the news in main headings, whereas there is no single line in your paper. It is very insult to Telugu Shaithi readers and as well as (late) Sirivennala. Donot repeat these mistakes.

We lost faith on your paper and decided to discontinue the paper from today as a protest.

The monthly delivery charge for times of india newspaper is being charged by the newspaper agent at Rs.50/- to Rs.60/- in addition to the cost of the newspaper which is approximately Rs.150/- per month. This is in the area of Thubarahalli, Bangalore 560066.

Can you please arrange supply of newspaper from 1st Dec 2021 directly from you? If yes, kindly provide your contact number so that we can contact you directly.

Dear sir I'm priyank jain resident of Raj Avenue apartments bhopura DLF colony Ghaziabad 201005, I was take a subscription of navbharat times and economic times for 1 year. My vendor yogendra Shukla is not delivered papers from last 3 days and he is not picking up my phone also
Please fix my problem asap

I had paid 2 years subscription for Times of India & Maharashtra Times in August 2021. I received confirmation messaage on mu mobile no.[protected] on 15.08.2021

The newspaper vendor is continuing to deliver both newspapers till now. He has demanded printed receipt of my 2 years subscription, which I never received from you.

You are requested to send me the printed receipt of my payment or send the same on my email, so I will get it printed.

मैंने 1 वर्ष की सदस्यता 'नवभारत टाइम्स' व 'टाइम्स ऑफ इंडिया' समाचार पत्रों के लिए जो दिनांक 15.10.21 से प्रारंभ कर 14.10.22 तक चलने के लिए ली हैं | परंतु मुझे 21.10 .21 समाचार पत्र मिलने प्रारंभ हुए हैं| अतः इस तिथि के अनुसार दिनांक 20.10.22 तक की सदस्यता चलनी चाहिए परन्तु आप के पत्र के अनुसार सदस्यता 14.10.22 को ही सामाप्त हो रही है| इसमें सुधार करने की कृपा करें |
दूसरा आपसे निवेदन है की सदस्यता देते समय मुझे एक पानी की बोतल भी उपहार में देने के लिए कहा था व कहा था कि कूपन व बोतल बाद में भेजे जाएंगे| मैंने उस समय भुगतान कर दिया था| अब तक मुझे कूपन तो प्राप्त हो गए लेकिन आप के वादे के अनुसार पानी की बोतल प्राप्त नहीं हुई है |

I have subscribed for 7 day edition of economic times. However, I am continuously facing issue of non delivery of weekend edition.

Have been raising the issue with CRM team with multiple mails and calls. Even after multiple followup, there is no improvement.

CRM team is keen on closing the call on Saturday stating I was not reachable even after speaking to me multiple times. I had to reopen the call every time.

Pls advise.

Kindly note that my subscriber ID is [protected]. We've subscribed for 3-4 years. We have not received the news paper for the past 3 weeks. Upon calling the concerned person, we keep getting assurance from them that we will get it however, there is no change. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

Message: Dear Sir, Please refer to my issue reported Yesterday i. e 20th Nov 2021, I issue is not solved, I did receive a call for confirmation but it was false reporting, No paper was delivered. Please avoid false confirmations.

I have renewed TOI Newspaper for one year from 01/11/2021 under I D No [protected] Form No.SCT 17360734. I am not getting the paper for last 20 days . The non receipt was complained right from day one through TOI customer care number and also sent Email to the crmtoichennai. Nothing happened and no response. Again complained and then spoke to Aravin Area Manager who said the money will be refunded within few days. Still nothing happened. Once again complained. They said shall inform Area Manager . This Aravind is refusing to take the call.
Last year also during October 7 days paper not delivered. The issue was takenup . But nothing happened.
Totally irresponsible guys.
Need immediate action for refunding the money.

I saw an add in the classified column about online sms sending job. I contacted him and he asked for rs 999 for registration process . after I paid him he asked for money, he asked for more money for laptop and mobile fees which is purely refundable and will credited within 2 mins .after i paid him that fees he asked for more money for other purposes . i asked him that im not gonna pay him anything and asked him to refund my money asap but asked for more money to make the refund process complete he kept on asking more and more money stating companys policy and wont be able refund otherwise. i finally stopped giving him money and logged a police complaint against him. i request TOI to take back the classified add and take actions against the man. his phone no. is [protected] please help me in finding him and block this add in the newspaper
