I have 2 years Annual subscription for TOI, I am not getting my new paper from 15/11/2021. There is no outcome from your complaint redressal system. Every reply received from crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com says we have forwarded your complaint to local area office....

Dear sir I'm priyank jain resident of Raj Avenue apartments bhopura DLF colony Ghaziabad 201005, I was take a subscription of navbharat times and economic times for 1 year. My vendor yogendra Shukla is not delivered papers from last 3 days and he is not picking up my phone also

I had paid 2 years subscription for Times of India & Maharashtra Times in August 2021. I received confirmation messaage on mu mobile no.[protected] on 15.08.2021

The newspaper vendor is continuing to deliver both newspapers till now. He has demanded printed receipt of my 2 years subscription, which I never received from you.

I have subscribed for 7 day edition of economic times. However, I am continuously facing issue of non delivery of weekend edition.

Have been raising the issue with CRM team with multiple mails and calls. Even after multiple followup, there is no improvement.

CRM team is keen on closing the call on Saturday stating I was not reachable even after speaking to me multiple times. I had to reopen the call every time.br...

Kindly note that my subscriber ID is [protected]. We've subscribed for 3-4 years. We have not received the news paper for the past 3 weeks. Upon calling the concerned person, we keep getting assurance from them that we will get it however, there is no change. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest....

I have renewed TOI Newspaper for one year from 01/11/2021 under I D No [protected] Form No.SCT 17360734. I am not getting the paper for last 20 days . The non receipt was complained right from day one through TOI customer care number and also sent Email to the crmtoichennai. Nothing happened and no response. I saw an add in the classified column about online sms sending job. I contacted him and he asked for rs 999 for registration process . after I paid him he asked for money, he asked for more money for laptop and mobile fees which is purely refundable and will credited within 2 mins .after i paid him that fees he asked for more money for other purposes . i asked him that im not gonna pay him anything and asked him to refund my money asap but...

My subscription was supposed to start on 7/11/2021 but till date I have not received any newspaper. I'm calling from chennai and I called their customer care number but as soon as I mention anything about my newspaper not being received, they cut the call. I also sent an email to them but there has been no reply. This is for customer id CH[protected]....

I renewed my subscription on November 2nd and I was supposed to get the voucher in 2 days but till date I didn’t get and my previous
subscription got over by November 15th and I don’t have an active subscription now despite making the payment on 2nd November itself and when I tried to reach these guys over the phone they are disconnecting the call saying that you will get in one day and I have tried reaching them over the phone...

I got cheated by assuring the job. I was asked to pay 1000 for tge job and start jib in 2-3 hours for jio company.The ad was placed in times interact on 15/11/2021.please consider thus complaint. And i request you for the compensation fron them....

I have paid for 6 months for subscription of delivery of my TOI, Pune edition newspaper. For past 1 week I have not received my paper and I do not even have the vendor who has been allocated to me for delivery....

Payment of Rs.5000 not received for a virtual event hosted for Times Music in June'21. In spite of numerous mails and calls there has been zero response. I do have the mail as proof where they agreed to pay but I haven't received anything....

The delivery person delivered the paper which became wet . He should come inside the compound and keep it in a safe place where it wouldn't get wet. For the past five days it was delivered like tat. Wat a waste of money . Bad delivery. Disappointed. Hope you people take action. Hope my issue is resolved soon. Bad customer service....

I have made the payment of rs799 on 26th October 2021 towards annual subscription of news paper. Received acknowledgement from times of India as well as from the bank. But newspaper not delivered by agent(Hari agents, Agaram/Jawahar nagar, Chennai 600082.) who says paper not being received by him.
