I have paid 2 years subscription for TOI + MT & my paper started from September 2020.

However, since last month I m not getting news paper regularly. Vendor Mr. Mangesh Kuwalekar, Parel, Mumbai-12 is asking me for delivery charges to be paid every month. His mobile no is [protected]. He says TOI is not giving them, hence I have to pay; otherwise service may stop.

I have paid 2 years subscription so to get newspapers at my doorstep.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve this issue at the earliest please

    Dear Sir/ madam, Iam KV Ravi Prakash, TOI paper subscriber since last 15 years & subscribed for paper vide ID no.HY[protected] in Jun 2019. Although I paid annual subscription, I was issued paper only for 6 months and stopped after shifting of home. I was promised paper will continue after change of place and I informed Mr.Arun (BHEL-HYD area executive) after shifting also. No one is entertaining for renewal also. I request you to inform my area executive to resume paper and for renewal also. Thank you.

      Dear Sirs:
      I have renewed subscription to The Times of India. My Subscriber ID is CH[protected]. The delivery of newspapers started from 16/6/2020 and will continue till 16/6/2021.
      My brother TK thiruvengada Mani (mobile [protected]) also subscribes to your newspaper.
      I am sorry to state that the delivery is very irregular and the delivery boy is arrogant also.
      Even though the gate is opened he always keeps both the copies of newspaper in the gate and goes off. On some days he even fails to deliver the newspaper. Kindly advise him to be punctual and deliver both the copies inside our houses.

          I have made payment . for my yearly subscription cheque no. 320040 sbi. mob no. [protected]. debited on 29th jan 2021
          but i have not yet received any newspaper.
          even when i got call from TOI customer care asking if news paper has been delivered. i raised a complaint . the tell caller said they will sort it. but till date nothing .
          im not able to locate my newspaper guy . his phone too is not reachable.

            The Government of India has been mulling the ban of crypto currency in India for the past few weeks, and has drafted a bill for the same.
            Yet, Times of India publishes an article regularly in their main paper on Bitcoins and other crypto currency alluding the common investors to invest in these highly volatile instruments. It seems that Times of India is trying to assist the crypto industry by advertising these instruments amongst common folks, even though the Government of India is planning to ban them.
            I urge you to not publish articles on crypto currency which makes them seem as a legitimate form of investment.

                I get SMS asking renew subscription. My current subscriber number is 32555428 which expires on 25 March 2021. I am unable to renew online because the mobile number given in your SMS IS ERONG - it is not in use rapt all. My mobile number up is given in the existing subscription quoted here. My email id is also wrongly givrn.
                Four times I have requested your circulation dept but to no avail. I think they are keen to get rid of me from the subscription list. Times of India does not believe in providing the contact details of the customer care chief. As a lady resort I am writing my complaint here.

                  After renewal of subscription of Times of India newspaper we got first delivery of news paper on 12th Jan 2021. And after that till date we have not got the delivery. We tried to call the local delivery agent but he is not responding. Also we tried calling your company's sales person Mr. Pramod and he too is not responding.

                  Please give us the newspapers from 13th Jan'2021 till date or refund of money for full month papers. Also request you to please start the delivery from tomorrow of the news paper.

                    I am from town Hodal, Distt. Palwal, Haryana 121106.
                    Our newspaper vendor is charging 240 rupees/month for Times of India newspaper whereas on newspaper price never goes above Rs.5
                    We also purchase Hindi newspaper Dainik Jagran from that vendor and not paying any extra changes. I don't understand why this is the case with Times of India newsapaper only. We can't pay this much high price for newspaper which is actually cheap, so for now we are not purchasing it.
                    But we want a fix for this problem. Newspapers are a source to know about the world, an ocean of knowledge and English newspapers are best source to improve English. We also want to get all these advantages.
                    Please help to get this problem fixed. Many others in my area will also be benefitted if this problem gets fixed.

                      I had issued a cheque 613775 for Rs 699/- drawn on CBI Borivali dtd. 12/01/2021 favoring BCCL for your subscription through your RR executive on 13/1/21. Inspite of chasing your customer support and vendor thru phone/email, there is not solution and just excuses.
                      As a sr. Citizen, i sort your help to resume my newspaper.

                          Paper not being delivered despite paying Money for Yearly Subscription

                          I have paid for the yearly subscription with TOI and I have not received the paper even for a single day.
                          I have following this up TOI over phones, emails & other means.
                          it has been close to 4 months now since I paid money and the paper has not reached me as yet.
                          They have been telling all sort of stories as when I call them up for the status....

                          The newspaper is getting delivered late despite repeatedly telling the delivery person. Time of delivery used to be 6:30 am. Now it is getting delayed to 7:20-7:30 am. There is no use of the paper coming so late since I leave for work at 7:30 am

                            Sir, I am Seshachalam in TOI yearly subscription vide Order no 11440 i.e 1st June 2020 to 31st may 2021. But 1st Feb 2021 on wards not delivering the news paper. They are introducing fraud scheme and collecting amount for yearly subscription and not delivering the news paper. I contacted the local agent name Srinivas, but no use. Please give suggestion.

                                Inspite of repeated mail for last 2 months and phone wherein I was told that it would be discontinued in a week time and that amount will be adjusted against extending Times of India subscription - still Economic Times have been forcibly delivered to us as alternate to Mumbai Mirror - Is it that the amount not being material that the issue is not being looked into ?Its been almost close to 2 months that I had been told that within a week Economic Times would be discontinued which is being forcefully delivered to us. - and - that the amount pertaining to Mumbai mirror will be adjusted by extending the Times subscription period. Let me know is it going to be looked into or that we discontinue the subscription to call back the amount as we are being forcibly given Economic Times call back the mount

                                    During March 2020 I started My time of India Newspaper and after that lockdown happened. During Unlock Things Started getting back to normal and so did the paper delivery. I want to know how many months of extended paper service I am getting as there were no paper deliveries during lockdown.
