Sir, since last so many years i am your regular customer & off late i have experience that in some cases i do not get Ahmedabad times copy alonwith TOI main Ahmedabad edition. Initially i though its some human error so i ignored it but recently it has become a regular practice & even today i.e dt.26/01/2021 i have not received the same.

to address this isue i have contacted my vendor followed by speaking to Mr.Dhrum Patel (mobile no.[protected] & he directed me to Speak to Mr.Abhisek ( Mobile no.[protected] ) i spoke to them today morning by 8.24 am but after speaking to him also there is no solution. To my surprise he infor me that today's ahmedabad times editio he will deliver to me on thursday !!!???. I am really fed up with your Ahmedabad staff who is responsible for this activity. till the time i am writing this mail i have not received my copy. is there any one who can attend this issue & take corrective action & solve the problem ????

This is in regard to a plagiarized article from the soul curry section in a web newspaper named State times. My article ' Touched by Rare Honesty' was initially published in the TOI under soul curry section on the 18th of January. While browsing the internet I came across the same aritcle published on 21st January by a different author named Suman Sharma in the State Times newspaper under the same heading 'Touched by rare honesy' in the letters to editor section. Such action should be discouraged and a stern warning should be given to those who produce plagiarized content. I wanted to bring this plagiarized act to your kind notice.
Hope necessary action is taken on State Times .

Dear Sir,
We would like to highlight about illegal encroachment of roads by food street hawkers/vendors. Now, it has become a major issue for passing by commuters on the road which leads to Udyog vihar Phase -3 (Near Hotel Radisson) Gurugram.
Administrative bodies keep passing on their responsibility to remove these encroachment on to each other. Owing to this, there is traffic congestion due to hawkers and vendors occupying the roads. They have encroached upon pavements and footpaths leaving no space for parking for the commuters.
These street hawkers causes traffic jam every day. It is really difficult as you can’t bring your car in this area. Roads are always jammed with street hawkers and crowd. These encroachment are very irritating. It makes it impossible for people to walk about as they cover half of the roads. Further, whenever complaint to policeman, they remove them but the next day they encroachment road again.
Most of the industries are located there, Businesses are getting affected. We also need proper guidelines and rules, we cannot allow any encroachment by the hawkers. Need a stern action against them to enables commuters to do their office work in an effective way?
Your cooperation to this regards will help us to free encroachment of pavement by the street hawkers. Some photographs are attached.

I had taken a subscription offer for two years on which a gift of double bed sheet was offered.Today it is about 4 months for enquiry for the same.Every time I get the answer on .. date that it is showing it was delivered on this date.I want to ask that without delivery how you all deliver the things 4 times.
It is very painful & shame for a group like TOI that a customer has to complain 17 times as to get his offer.

I had subscribed for TOI Daily in September. The delivery of the paper started 15 days late, and even from then on, the paper is not delivered on random days. So far it has not been delivered for 10 days. When I call the local supplier he either does not pick up the call or gives some excuse, I have even called the person incharge for this area, without any results. I wonder if I made a mistake in taking a yearly subscription. I did not expect the bad service, at least not from TOI.

They are doing one kind of fraud, collecting money doorsteps for new subscription offers and not delivering newspaper even after complaints to costumer care as well as local representative

I m really pissed off with this issues which is not having resolutions for it since last three months... I have shifted new to gurugram Sector 56. The newspaper vendor is charging rs. 40 as delivery charges which is a new thing for me. I have taken TOI for 30 years in Various parts of India icluding Delhi and this is the first time I am paying for delivery!!

I have subscribed The Times of India on annual basis. The subscription was to start from January 1st. On my following up with the agent the paper was delivered on 4th jan. yesterday and today we did not receive the paper. When the agent was asked the same we got a reply saying that the delivery person had left in the basement for past two days. Pls note in our building all news papers are delivered at the doors of flats. The papers were not there. Pls ensure delivery to my door step.
