Hi Team,

I had bought the 15 months advance subscription of Times Of India from the customer care.
Not a single copy is delivered till now. Vendor clearly denied that he won't deliver as you have not taken subscription from him. Area manager assigned to me alao denied that it will not be delivered.

I call customer care daily but no help, they always say we are looking into it. Neither I am getting newspaper nor refund.
Now I am fix what to do.

I have paid for annual subscription, however vendor stopped dropping newspaper at home after the lockdown. I got sms from TOI on 1st of April 2020 that they areagain starting the service, I didn't receive the newspaper after that i called my newspaper vendor who told me that it is not yet started and he would drop the newspaper once it is started. In May-June I continuosly called him but he was not picking up the phone. Still i am not getting my newspaper. on 14th December 20202 I called again, the vendor picked the phone and told me that i would have to call me and inform me if you want newspaper. It's strange..I didn't call him to stop the newspaper, i didn't inform him to stop newspaper, you people had taken that decision to stop newspaper in covid period but i was expecting you should start dropping when it was started again. I do not expect such stupid reasons from you people. This is just cheating with customer. I am providing my details below kindly do the needful.

Hi I have taken a annual subscription of News paper and I am not receiving the newspaper for the last 2 week. Whenever I am contacting the in charge assigned to my area (AECS Layout B BLock Singasandra) MR Nandan he is assuring false commitment that will be delivered next day...However I am not getting newspaper. I am contacting him on daily basis bz my son has an school assignment to do on alternate days.. Eventhough I have paid I need to...

I bought 6 months subscription on 16th Oct but I didn't receive a single copy and your panel showing I'm receiving newspaper from 09-Nov-2020. I raised this issue multiple times on mail or even on customer care. They also raised my issue on Hyderabad office. I didn't get any resolution.

My complain status on panel Complain No[protected] Status: "Reader don't received response from Hyderabad team after dropping mail now he want to cancel the subscription as he not received copy since start of the subscription".

After payment of renewal amount in August, I had not yet received Renewal Coupon nor Gift Item. On enquiry, some one from TOI informed on 10.12.2020 that the gift item was dispatched in October and delivered on 15.10.2020 vide AWB number P80995410. tHE CONTACT PERSON FROM dtdc IS [protected]. On calling him on 10.12.2020, he informed that the case will be resolved by 1 pm on 10.12.2020. No body came to resolve the issue. I took leave from Office on 11.10.2020 and waited for DTDC to deliver the parcel. Noe came and this person [protected] did not receive my call. I called him again today on 11.12.2020 and he gave mobile number of Abhishek [protected]. On calling this number Mr Abhishek gave another number viz [protected] of Mr Sajan. On calling Sajan, he is not lifting the phone. What is going on? Why TOI is not taking DTDC head on? Why I have to call so many numbers for the coupon and the gift item?

It found from DTDC site that the person from DTDC was out for delivery at 7.19 pm on 15.10.2020 and delivered two minutes later at 7.21 pm even though the distance to my residence will take at least 10 minutes. DTDC person has not deliverd, but pocketed the parcel. Please take suitable action against them for not delivery.

There was a gift offer of bedsheet and pillow cover on renewal of subscription in Aug 2020.
I was told that it will be delivered after 2 months . But till date I have not received it.
Also on enquiry it was revealed that gift has been delivered but no POD or answer back is forth coming.
Kindly look into the same.

Unexpected dull service from TOI

Greetings for the Day.

It has been a mental trauma for me for past 6 months for communicating and updating the customer relation team of Times of India without getting a proper reply and resolution.

I need a proper and prompt resolution. Subscription id MU[protected]

I am shocked to the behaviour of Times of India appointed vendor Renuka Agencies for supply of my newspaper...

I am annual subscriber of Times of India, Maharastra Times and Economic Times. I have not received Times of India, Maharashtra Times and Economic times for the period March 23 to June 30, 2020.
Times of India vide their email dated May 15, 2020 assured me to extend the period of subscription by period for which papers are not distributed. But now they have extended period only for 10 days. No answer is being given to quries made.
