I have subscribe Economics Times on 10/12/2020 order no.TS0022413A till today i cant received paper

I had subscribed for TOI Daily in September. The delivery of the paper started 15 days late, and even from then on, the paper is not delivered on random days. So far it has not been delivered for 10 days. When I call the local supplier he either does not pick up the call or gives some excuse, I have even called the person incharge for this area, without any results. I wonder if I made a mistake in taking a yearly subscription. I did not expect the bad service, at least not from TOI.
My sobscriprion No is 0046224.

They are doing one kind of fraud, collecting money doorsteps for new subscription offers and not delivering newspaper even after complaints to costumer care as well as local representative

TOI news paper boy is not providing our daily new paper. We have already paid for one year subscription in advanced. He is very irregular in his job. We have already complaint this to your loacl agency, but no response form their side.
please help me to resolve this issue.

I did my payment on 9/01/21 by online.. And I have my proof... So how can I get the paper or when will I get the paper to my home... I already mentioned my home address once again I m reminding 25/36 jilani street, Alandur, Chennai-600016.. Ph no :[protected]... I did my payment by paytm pls check in this number...

I m really pissed off with this issues which is not having resolutions for it since last three months... I keep on calling everyday n have to explain things again n again have spoke Sonia, Gayatri n Shivani but always giving false commitment the amount is not much but I want it refund with the interest would even never ever recommend for renewal

I have shifted new to gurugram Sector 56. The newspaper vendor is charging rs. 40 as delivery charges which is a new thing for me. I have taken TOI for 30 years in Various parts of India icluding Delhi and this is the first time I am paying for delivery!!

I have subscribed The Times of India on annual basis. The subscription was to start from January 1st. On my following up with the agent the paper was delivered on 4th jan. yesterday and today we did not receive the paper. When the agent was asked the same we got a reply saying that the delivery person had left in the basement for past two days. Pls note in our building all news papers are delivered at the doors of flats. The papers were not there. Pls ensure delivery to my door step.
My order no is 92321. My address is 201, block 1, Sri Swarna residency, Sree Ramanagar, 1st lane, kanuru, vijayawada- 520007.

Daily Iam getting newspaper by 7:40am. I couldn’t read present day news. Developed reading yesterday news today. Informed that person who is delivering. Still he is delaying. Planning to switch over to other paper if this issue is not solved. Kindly do the needful

I have paid the news paper subscription amount 299 for 6 month.
and i recieved notificationmail from Times of india.

As per agreement i have to get the paper from 01-Jan-2021 But still now i have not recieved news paper. I sent so many mails also, no use for customer care calls.

Please do me a favour and start to provide the newspaper or-else please return the money.

In Today's News paper Dated 3rd January 2021, Main paper had only one 18 pages out of total 26 written on the First page, then in Bombay Times there's only 1 Fold total 4 pages, When checked with my local delivery person who said it's same what we received from, I stay in Mayuresh Park, Lake Rd, LBS Marg, Bhandup West, Mumbai, 400078

Is there any one who can look into this matter I have complained on 10 Dec 2020 but no-one bother to check it out and make any reply

by mistake @ time of making another annual fee for the year 2021 we chose Times Prime App I/O news paper .
Request if you take/accept this as a annual advance fee for a newspaper subscription for year 2021

where what had exactly happened they do not know only. The Policemen there they haven't taken any Statement of the LOAN Recovery Manager and locked him up without having any proofs. and without him knowing anything they took the other guy's statement who actually initiated the fight Jitendra Chhugani the one who says he got beaten by the manager for not completing their given Targets. The Policemen and this guy Jitendra Chhugani had already planned on keeping the Recovery LOAN Manager in Lockup for 3 days straight. we still don't know who gave TIMES OF INDIA THIS HALF NEWS AND THEM WITHOUT HAVING THE PROPER INFORMATION THEY KEPT IT ON THEIR PAGE. I WOULD LIKE TO COMPLAIN REGARDING THE EDITOR OF TIMES OF INDIA WHO WAS INVOLVED IN WRITING THE FAKE NEWS UP IN THE PAGE OF TIMES OF INDIA.
