I have subscribed to the economic times news paper hard copy for 6 months by paying 975 rupees. But they are not providing my hard copy. I have been calling them from the last 20 days .but they are not responding yet all regarding refund of my money . So I request you to take some action and resolve my refund issue

Today on 04/12/2020 on Times of India (Kolkata Edition) a DHL ad was given where INDIAN map was wrongly shown.

A man tells himself to be a car owner and fraud money from the blog by pretending to sell the car. And this man tells himself of Rajrif army no 8037673 sepoy Vikash Patel.i have many evidence and photos to prove that he was a fraudster.so i humble request to you please do immediate action to this person..

mobile [protected], last year I was promised some gift for my annual TOI subscription but didn't receive it, that's ok I'm at least received my subscription.

After my subscription expired probably same person Rahul Revankar (mobile number [protected]) called me and asked to renew my subscription he also promised me dining set which he'll delivery personally this time and I made payment for the same on 25th October 2020. Last Friday I called him he said sorry my subscription will start from Sunday and he asked me to message and remind on Sunday. I messaged him on Sunday but no response and today I called him he didn't take my calls also messaged him no response.

Finally I'm asking for my subscription to start at the earliest.

Do the needful.

i took annual subscription for 899/- rs which is effective from 30.11.2020 to 29.11.2021. I Provided my cheque which had been cleared also. i m not getting my newspaper till today.. lost your advisor number also whocollected my cheque and did a login .

I have subscribed and paid to the #TOI Unlock Offer's 6 month TOI subscription plan (Chennai Edition) of Rs. 299 on 21st of November 2020.

My subscription form number is :- SCT 11020662.

A message came that subscription will start soon via SMS. I did not get any further email or SMS as to when the subscription starts. Since, even after a week later the subscription didn't start, I called the customer care number and they told that the subscription will definitely start from 1st of December.

But I did not receive the newspaper till now nor did I get any further information on from when shall the subscription start.

Please address my issue at the earliest.

I am canvassed by one Mr Shankar V Prasad for Times of India, Annual subscription.
Even after 10 days, there is no response.

Cheque issued yet to get deposited by Collecting banker for payment.

I sent an email as given in the notice & got a reply.

Please facilitate to get this offer process cleared early.

He also gave one laptop backpack as gift for early birds (taken a photo while handing over - told as proof needed to be submitted to TOI) & took the order form (filled & signed), Cheque & took copy of my driving license.

Even after 9 days I am yet to get any communication in this regard.

Please find attached copy of cheque & order form for ready reference.

Please update the status of the new subscription, receipt of cheque for collection process at your end & oblige.

As of now I am getting DinaMalar through Sri Amar Jyothi News Agency

Dear Sir,
After lodging n number of requests and complaints too, there is no use. I shifted my residence from Nagarbhavi Bangalore to Kengeri Bangalore after paying my annual subscription to Times of India daily news paper. Well in advance i requested my vendor @ Nagarbhavi to stop and asked him to drop the same @ kengeri. Later nothing happened and dailed to[protected] where they in turn directed to Mr GURUPRASAD ([protected]) where he rarely picks of and gives false commitments more over his number will be out of coverage area nor busy or may not pick up. Latter once again CRM team provided [protected]( Nagaraj) where his number is totally switched off. sir pls better return my subscription amount after deducting what ever i am due to you.

So far as times of India newspaper is concerned, I didn't get the same for two following days and no information is being provided for this mischief.

I had requested to start a subscription of Economic Times Newspaper on my address in Hyderabad on 13th October 2020. I had paid 6 months' fees in advance for the subscription.
The newspaper delivery has not started yet. It has been more than a month.
I had filed complaint in their portal but all my complaints were closed without providing any resolution or even intimating me about the closure.
I also spoke to the customer care department but they did not help me at all and kept saying 'the subscription is under process'.
I do not wish to have the newspaper delivered anymore. I wish to have the refund for my money.
The amount I had paid was Rs.455.

However I was not provided any receipt for my payment.

I have been calling your Bangalore Subscription Department and interacting with Mrs.Pooja And Mrs.Swathi, they have been not able to resolve the issue.There common reply is they will get back within 20 minutes and there is no resolution inspite of payment being done more than 10 days back.I have contacted Mr.Vasu Mobile No:[protected] he told me he will call back still no response. A brief about what transpired :I had Called up TOI Subscription department for new Yearly subscriptionTOI subscription department sent me a link and asked me to make a payment of Rs.899I had paid the Yearly Subscription Rs.899 Dt 28Oct 2020 REF NO :20201028111212800110168810456520654I received a call and asked whether i am a subscriber of TOI for Which i told them i am a subscriber of Indian Express Local Vendor Tirumala NewsPaper Mart Mr.Sukumar Mobile [protected]/[protected].Every time i call Bangalore Subscription department they tell they would get back, But Mrs.Swati and Mrs.Pooja keeps dodging and refuse to give email id or Mobile no of Senior executive to whom i can escalate the issue.Hope it gets resolved immediately.

I had subscribed for Economic times newspaper on 14.10.2020 by paying annual subscription fee of Rs.449. Subscriber ID- CH[protected].

Newspaper delivery was to commence from 02.11.2020 for 1 year. However even after a lapse of 20 days (from 02.11.2020) the newspaper delivery has not started.

I have complained multiple times vide mail and call but the response from customer care doesn't seem to bring any change.

I had finally written for
1. Refund of my subscription fee by cancelling my subscription due to deficiency in service &
2. Requested for their grievance redressal contact details.

Both requests have been met with indifference and NIL response.

The worst part is that the Area manager (Aravind [protected]) who is supposed to handle this complaint as per their SMS has not contacted me and his number remains switched off permanently.

I feel cheated and want this kind of misinformation, lack of service, poor response, indifferent customer care attitude of this newspaper and the people connected in this matter to be brought to book and dealt with suitably.

This is to inform that I did renew my subscription w.e.f 01/10/2020 for a period of 12 months in Online mode via the link mentioned below.But sorry to mention that I my really frustrated with the service rendered to me as a customer.The reason for the same is as follows:

In the last 5 instances particularly on Sundays I have been getting Telegraph delivered to me instead of your paper.On calling up the newspaper Vendor Mr.Prasun Chatterjee-Bally he gives the reason that there is short supply and hence have to read Telegraph instead of TOI.Not only this even when I called up the TOI representative Mr Samar Sarkar who followed up for this renewal process is completely lacking any sense of customer handling and told me that I can complain to anybody in TOI and nothing will happen.

My question to TOI team if this is the level of service which I am getting I will think twice to renew next time and will also put this in social media .

Hence please treat this as a serious complaint and sent me a confirmation on the resolution done.

Asked vishal mishraji why this subscribed newspaper not started when vendor approached you. Mr. Vishal says i dont have time to look small customers like you. Pl. Complaint wherever you wanted to. I feel amazed as times group employees reply such rough language and loose its reputation for such small amt. In lock down in our building times contractors were giving free copies to everyone. Now when already paid customer you are kicking and yellowing them .. Its amazing that to keep trust on such group next time if emplyees like vishal mishra is so busy to ignore geneuine complaints. If you dont need readers then why you take out newspaper?/

I had renewed by annual subscription of Times of India in the month of September 2020.. By mid October, the vendor stopped delivered stating that he had not received coupons from TOI group.. I called up customer care and was promised that coupons will directly reached the vendor in 15 days.. After 15 days, when I caught the delivery person in my society, he told that he has handed over the coupons to the vendor but he has misplaced it.. Again after few days when I contacted the vendor he said that he has received the coupons and will resume delivering TOI newspaper.. Again after few days, he has stopped delivering the paper and is not bothering to pick up my call.. I can't wait everyday at the society entrance to get hold of the delivery person..

It is requested to terminate my subscription and issue refund towards my advance payment

I had several mails and complained to area manager "Ravi Ramchandran" Area manager for WhiteField Banaglore. I am not receiving the newspaper both of the subscription Times of India and Economic times.

It is pity to keep asking and no response from such a prestige group TImes of India.

The Vendor is not delviering the newspaper
Both NewsPaper 1) TImes Of india 2) Economic Times. are not delivered since 1st July.
During lockdown too, both newspaper were ot delviered for 2 month.
I have subscribed to TImes of india dated 29 Aug, 2019 and qualify for getting newspaper till 31 Aug. I did n't get the newspaper now more than 5 month. I have multiple discussion with Times of India Area manager "Ravi Ramchandran". His attiitude is very bad and unprofessional. he promise falsely each time that newspaper will be delivered and nothing happens. he always push me to subscribe the newspaper again stupidly. I had mailed several times to TOI at address crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com since last 6 month. No response. The Vendor drops the Newspaper in my building for other flats everyday but only promises to me

Tel phone 28723267 installed at 47/4702, Reghar Pura, Karol Bagh, New Delhi is not working for the last 4 days. Complaint has already registered on 17th November. MTNL failed to attend the complaint. I have informed to SDO, MNNL Abhitab gupta ji. and also sent email to GM West. Now offiers are not lifting the phone providing to them. MTNL has become EMPTY NL.
