I have subscribed for times of india newspaper on february 16, 2019 for the period of 2 year.

I have been registered from mobile number [protected], but my local distributor suddenly stopped the delivery of my newspaper from 14th of july 2020 as he did not got the coupons for over an year. I have not received a single coupons since my subscription.

I tried to reach at toi office number [protected] but they keep providing me next dates. I am really fed up as the toi people either dont pick the call or they just find reasons. Executive number provided was [protected], ankur who never call back. Last he told me that the coupons will be delivered by monday i. E. 27.07.2020. But when i called him he asked for another two days then he never picked up nor he tried to call back.

I paid for two year subscription but i am not getting my newspaper nor the coupons. Please do the needful to start the newspaper delivery asap. Strict actions may be taken against the concerned for purposely doing all this.

I have requested for the address change on the june 30

Now past 1 month even on calling several times i am not recieving any appropriate answer from the customer care in fact asked to send to send the documents agian
Very poor and pathetic customer care they dont have information of the customer request at all so evertime you call have to provide all the details from the begining...

I am selvam from avadi.I paid annual subscription fee for TOI newspaper.I am facing issues from starting itself with times group.
Instead of starting delivery from April 1st they started delivery from April 22nd.
From starting itself delivery executive asked me to give a coupon.I don't know what coupon is that.I replied him to ask area incharge of times group since i was not given any coupon by times group.
From that time he was asking me to give a coupon often while delivering news paper at my home.Otherwise news paper would not be delivered, he told.I paid my annual subscription fee to times group already.Why that guy was asking coupon with me instead of asking with TOI guys?
Due to the coupon is not given to vendor they have stopped delivering news paper for me from July 24th.
I feel that it is better to avoid these guys and go to some others like The Hindu, Deccan Chronicle etc..
Because this guys treat you not like a customer.They will not respond to your complaint.They will reply to your complaint that the manager will keep in touch to solve our issues.But nobody will contact us.Only we have to call them repeatedly.
I paid money for 1 year subscription in march and i got a mail that my subscription started from April 1, 2020 and ends in March 31, 2021.But news paper was not supplied to me till april 24th.I had repeatedly called them to solve this and to change my subscription period according to the starting day of delivery.But still i did not receive any confirmation mail from TOI that my subscription period has been changed.Also on july 24 and 25th paper was not supplied due to that coupon issue.

We are cousins i, e.Seema gupta, Mehul Gupta, Megha Gupta, Kajal gupta, Parag Gupta living in a joint family.We are writing a letter to you to highlight that one of your employee holding post in Times of India i, e "Mr. Mukesh Arora " sending some threatening notes and calls . Even come at our residence for misbehave with us and with our parents also .
His sister and brother in law i, e Mrs Radha Rani and Ravi Shankar who are our uncle and aunt, along aith them he misbehave with us. we found grate trouble with them since 2006 .
In 2017 many FIR has been filed against him because of his post in times of india . Moreover, our parents are also growing old . the police department use to call our parents and making false complain on our parents filed by Mukesh Arora sister and brother in law .
His continuous misbehavior are just too much, its affecting and hindering us from doing our work, moreover we aren't able to focus on our career .
We beleive it is your best interest to please take strict action regarding the above mentioned matter.

I had renewed my subscription of toi newspaper for the period 01/05/20 to and received an acknowledgement dated 05/03/20 confirming receipt of my payment via credit card and that my coupons will be sen in due course.
Regret to inform you that the coupons
Are yet to arrive, inspite of sending mail to your crm. Kolkata via mail. I got a call from your kolkata office informing me the same news.

Subsequently i managed to find out the no of one me. Arvind (Mob [protected]) who helped me in locating the courier who was supposed to deliver the coupons.
On enquiry with the courier subhas dutta (Mob [protected]) he informed me that the coupons have been delivered to the brother of my vendor.

When i told him that this is absolutely not done and there is no way that the coupons should have been given to the vendor's brother, he did not have a satisfactory reply.

I checked with vendor 2 days back who denied that his brother has received the coupons.
I have once again sent a mail to the crm at kolkata and got the usual reply.
May i request you to please take this up with your kolkata office with the seriousness deserves and see that the coupons are delivered asap.

My customer id hy[protected], i have subscribed for annual times of india newspaper delivery plan but there is no delivery happening. I keep on following up with customer care but all of no use. If its not possible to deliver please cancel the subscription and refund the amount as there is not a single copy delivered yet.

I want to continue my scheme which we used from past 4 years this time by mistake we choose a diffrent scheme so we wanted to cancel the scheme and divert the money to continue with the old one

Envelope containing monthly coupons to be submitted to the vendor for disbursement is given at my old address where one s bhowmik staying there received the same the postman not checking the identity. For the last 5 months the vendor is supplying the morning paper although i could not submit the coupons. My present address is u5 upasana 228 kalikapur road kolkata 700099 near hp lpg godown. You may check at your end that the coupons are not submitted for disbursement. Now the vendor is demanding cash payment. Should i have to pay in cash, despite my annual subscription paid on 12 jan 2020?

Though i have written mails to crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com and [protected]@timesgroup.com towards non delivery of newspaper.
First and the foremost i have subscribed toi for two years from nov2019 but due to covid 19 there was no delivery of newspaper from 23rd march2020
On 31st march2020 i received a message that the newspaper will get delivered from april2020. But it didn't get through as my newspaper vendor stays outside mumbai, so i called up him and he assured that when the train commutes i. E. From 12th aug2020 then he will start the service and also the duration will exceed for the missing days i. E from 1st april2020.
Secondly, your team incorrectly updated my mailing address for which i lost the advantage of coupons that didn't reached me in the monthof nov2019.
Need your assistance whether above stated issue will get resolved as i did'nt received any response

I have subscribed for toi annual pack. After payment received a message that your subscription starts from 16th jul'20. However, till today (22nd jul'20) i have not received the news paper. Called up customer care several times, they giving assurance that it will be resolved but it is not. Please provide escalation contact details.

I have paid ₹533 for 6month plan of times of india newspaper that has to be supposedly delivered from 7july2020 but not getting any response from toi. I tried to call toi crm many times a day, but they are not picking up my call. This is a fraudulent from toi.

I paid the money for next one year for bengali paper (Ai somay). I paid the money on 26 th june 2020 through online payment, and received the official confirmation message from the times group but till today on 18 july 2020 i am not getting the news paper. And the employee of times group namely suparna koley (Mob no - [protected]) who informed me about this offer, now she is not receiving my calls intentionally so i am humbly requesting you to take necessary steps and provide assistance to me. Please either provide me refund or start my newspaper.

The bbmp has undertaken replacement of sewage pipes on assaye road. However, near the 3rd cross on assaye road the drinking water pipe has been damaged and as a result sewage water from the dug up pits is getting mixed. The contractor does not seem to be concerned in spite of all o[censored]s complaining.
Now in covid times we do not want another cholera epidemic. Will the authorities look into this?

My subscriber id is hy[protected]. I have not been receiving newspaper even since covid-19 lockdown started in hyderabad. Other newspapers have started the service in our apartment. However, i have not been receiving the toi newspaper. I have tried reaching mr shravan, toi hyderabad incharge and the toi authorized distributor of this area mr srinivas. Mr srinivas didn't even bother to answer my calls.. Even mr shravan has not responded. I am really surprised by the way they are treating the subscribers. They are sending me several reminders for renewing my subscription (By mails and on mobile) which is due now. On what basis, should i renew the subscription now?
I have been a loyal subscriber for more than 6 years now. Yet, i am being treated like this. This is very unfortunate and disappointing. I would expect toi to take action immediately.

I had applied for change of address from sector 21 panchkula to sector 25 panchkula on 06/07/2020. I called on landline number of chandigarh office. The lady attendent assured me that the transfer would be made within 2 -3 days. After a day, i called mr. Shashi raina of toi on his mobile who said that he was not in office and that matter would be sorted within 2 days. I messaged him on whatsapp my subscription details on 07/07/2020, gave him a reminder on 11/07/2020, but there is no response from his side. Nobody is picking up the landline calls. Recently when my subscription had to be renewed in july, toi started making calls to me from end of may only. They made numerous calls. They had taken the renewal fee which was much higher than last year on 05/06/2020 even though it was due from july. Such attitude is not desirable from an esteemed organisation as toi. I dont know whom to contact. Kindly look into the matter and transfer my address. My subscription id is cg[protected].

I paid rs. 1716 for one-year subscription on 7th july 2020, and i got confirmation from them saying i will start getting the newspaper from 11th july 2020. I have not received any newspapers yet, and their customer care number is always busy and even after waiting for 10 minutes, the call gets disconnected automatically and no one picks up the call. There isn't even an option to cancel the subscription. I did a big mistake in subscribing online, when i could have just asked my local newspaper vendor to get the paper everyday... I definitely didn't expect such carelessness from toi
