I had buy times of india subscription for 15 month. The vendor had stopped delivering paper as i refused to pay delivery charge. I have coupons with me what i do now.in our society nobody is paying this amount why he is asking this to me. His behaviour is also not good. When i asked him why he is charging then he said ok if you don’t give i’ll not deliver paper you want to complain do that nothing can happen to me

Et wealth coupons received for delivery commencement from jan 2020. So far received only one copy in feb 2020. Local vendor expresses helplessness saying he is not given the copy to deliver to me. I am surprised that a newspaper house of repute like the toi group can be so casual about customer service. There is no system of checking back by them for obtaining periodic customer feedback though they have the customer's mobile number. If a customer loses his confidence about the serviceability of his subscription, he is likely to become a source of disrepute of the media house. No one should think they are too big to be taken on by a small customer. They exist only due the patronage of the customer's. I hope you take immediate action.

Dear sir,
I have subscribed toi for a year in the month of august 2019.in the initial days i had problem with delivery of the newspaper. Later it was sorted out after continuous follow up. During the subscription i was informed that i will be getting a gift of dinner set. Which will be delivered to my home.
Even after a month i dint get the gift so i followed up with the person who came to our house for the subscription procedure. After few day he stopped picking up my call and no response to my messages.
Then i followed up with the customer care. Even they assured about the gift. But till date i havent received any gift. Also confirmed that they will get back to me. Till date no correspondence from toi.

Kindly look into the matter asap. As it has been 6 month

I paid rs 1193 on 23-11-19 for the toi coupons but till date (I. E.,[protected] have not received it.
Further, the contact number on the receipt [protected] is not working as well.
A gentleman md. Sajid took the cheque. Dsa code - dd adsno274.
His personal contact number is also 'out of reach'.
This clearly is sloppy work from toi and if not resolved soon we are planning to take harder actions.

Can someone please reply their working contact number.

I am having the subscriber id [protected] of times of india for receiving the newspaper for 15 months with order reference no. Deb0005714 having coupon start date 15th august 2019. I have received newspaper for 2 months only. The newspaper has been stopped to be delivered from october-2019. I am having the coupons as an evidence of not receiving the newspapers. The newspaper delivery boy has left the town and no one is taking care of delivering the newspapers. I have contacted multiple time on the contact no. Mentioned on the subscription letter from toi but no response has been received till now.
This is highly disappointing and frustrating that we are just demanding the services for which we have already paid an advance amount. Please help in getting the newspaper or refund of the money.

We have not received the toi newspaper for yearly subscription. The local agent is not responding. Local agent details - saravana agencies, no: 4, anna cross street, gandhi nagar, selaiyur, chennai-73.

The local agents are irregular and most of the times, they are not delivering the paper. And at all times, they are throwing the papers somewhere in the garden.
Please talk to the agency and solve. If they are not ready to send toi subscription paper, please change to other nearby agency to get toi regularly.

I have renewed my as on 17.11.2019 by issuing a chq no-000152, BOB, date-17.11.2019 and the cheque has cleared in time. Now I am receiving SMS mentioning the renewal of my subscription by mentioning sub.No-DL[protected]

I subscribed online for TOI paper and paid 6 months advance on 25th Jan 2020 but the delivery is not started till now
I am not getting any response from their crm email
Once I got a call from a guy from TOI (he was also very rude) and he said the delivery will start from 1st Feb 2020 but till date I haven’t got any paper

I have subscribed to toi. News paper has been very sporadic. We dont get copies most days. Our newspaper boy says he don't have enough subscription copies and misses several days. Timesof India does not have a place where I can complain about this. Our news paper dealer says, we need to directly deal with TOI.

I subscribed to a yearly offer of times of india on 01/10/2019. I was supposed to get a coupon within a month from the date i subscribed. But it is 05/02/2020, i did not get any coupon. After i made a complaint i was told that i will get a coupon by 15th january, still nothing. I am no longer willing to continue with this subscription. I want to cancel my subscription and get my refund as soon as possible.

But due to misunderstanding between vendor and TOI office, the vendor refuses to deliver, even on my repeated requests. The vendor is nice and known to me for years but because of the lethargic attitude of the TOI officials, the genuine subscriber in me is suffering. Arrange to mediate between the two and settle the issue.

We have requested for address change in december. Which dint happen.. After one month of which our subscription expired and we renewed it. Still papers are not received in new address. But the agent came and delivered the subscription coupon alone. They just took the money and till date we are not getting any newspaper. Being a top newspaper, treating customers like this is not accepted. I have been calling customer care daily and issue dint get resolved yet. We either need the papers to be properly delivered or return of our money

We have done toi yearly subscription renewal on "20 december 2019" for this year through a person by name "satish kumar ayyawar ([protected])". The "subscribercopy orderno" is "610679". Satish informed us to show this receipt to the person "ramu (Sri raghavendra news paper agency, whitefield, kondapur - [protected])" who distributes the paper. For a week we got the paper, later from 6th january 2020 onwards paper hasn't come. When we talk to the ramu he says talk to satish we cannot deliver paper until we get mail regarding this, when i call satish 99% times he does not lift the call. Once satish took my call and when complained about paper, he asked me to send my address and he will check. I sent multiple times my address, nothing is sorted out and again he doesn't lift my call. I am really frustrated with these two guys. I wanted this matter to be taken seriously and to ensure such guys who let toi reputation go down and frustrates customers should not be taken lightly and to take serious action against them.

Daily paper not getting delivered at doorstep even after several complaints/requests. But we paid for the 12months subscription; from 12 jan 20 to till now not delivered. Please clear this problem immediately.
Despite of non-delivery, toi team is asking & insisting us to renew for the next year now itself by sending thru daily messages and calls like a pest....

Times of India is not monitoring and alerting relavent authorities regarding terror and hateful comments under news articles(online).
People spreading hate and terrorism openly under comments section. I have attached two screenshots.
There a person under the username NEO THE ONE openly encouraging fellow citizens to carry AK 47 and fire minorities of this country.

In december we had shifted house and requested for address change. But it dint happen till our subscription expired. Now we have renewed the subscription. The agent delivered the coupon alone at house but till date we dint receive newspaper. We would like to get a refund of our money atleast.
Being reported to customer care multiple times there was no proper response. Every time we call customer care they just create a ticket and close it.. It is so irritating to call customer care repeatedly when there is no proper response.
Treating customers so cheap is not acceptable.
We do have some self respect. Hope they treat customer decently. Being a top newspaper, illtreating customer is not acceptable.

I called customer care of times group multiple time and they only respond that within 24hrs their team will call back but no one responded.

I dropped multiple email at crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com but no one acknowledges it. My complain number is 00193804 with times group

Updated by dibyanshu1512 Times of India started the newspaper delivery from 3rd Feb 2020. vendor stopped the newspaper delivery during lockdown starting late March 2020 till second last week of May 2020. They again started the delivery post lockdown eased and stopped the delivery around 10 july stating that the coupon for 6 months are expired. So effectively I received paper for 3.5 month.

I called the Vendor and he told that he won't deliver the paper as coupon is expired. I called Area head (Amitpal) and he told that he will speak to Vendor. I tried multiple times to speak to him but no positive response.

On the top of that Vendor came to my place in June 2020 and asked for delivery charge of Rs 50 per month which was quite shocking. I handed him coupons of 6 month which he was quite reluctant to acceptas he mentiones that he do not accepts coupon.

This is quite unprofessional behaviour from TOi team and it looks like Vendor has monopoly in this area. So, he told me that from next time he won't accept Coupon and he will not deliver to my place if I again purchase the subscription online

Today jan 25 times of india contains a narrative by dr. K. S radha krishnan former psc
Chairman which argues that muslims are terrorists and islam true colour is puritan. That writing completely hurts me. His lack of knowledge about islam is more dangerous than terrorists. It is not good to promote such writings by news papers like times of india.
This news probably hurts all islamic followers in india. Because what the writer is mean is not actually quran depicts. He quotes certain portions from quran without narrating the situation under which quran depicts it.
