I have subscripted for TOI doorstep newspaper delivery with order ID TS0141688A and on online dashboard of TOI it is showing ongoing status, But still I didn't received newspaper at doorstep.

May I know from when it will going to start??

I am a ling time subscriber for TOI editions. This time when I tried to renew subscription for 6 months (Rs.1178), the payment portal displays an amount of Rs. 0 with a maximum of Rs.1178. When I proceed with the payment it is taking only Rs.0 and is issuing a receipt for Rs.0. What is this. Please correct it immediately

I read online epaper TOI-Mumbai. I had paid the subscription but still it shows my subscription has expired. Today morning again I subscribed as the sign came up - my subscription has expired though it came up that my subscription was successful.
A month back I had the same problem. Like a fool I paid thrice to no avail.
I am a journalist and an American citizen residing in Mumbai in my retired life.
Will you help me on priority as I stand nonplussed.

I have purchase the yearly subscription under times of india daily news paper on date DEC-19-2022.

I have not received the paper for last 2 month and i have also informed about the same to TOI tollfree number like 10 times. But no further response from them

But sorry to say there is no response from times of india or any action from local paper distributor or dealer..

So please take necessary action and issue the paper to my house as soon as possible.. And extend the 2 months free of my subscription period.

Hope times of india will definitely take action.

I have booked my subscription on 9 feb 23 and deposit required amount i was told paper will be delivered to be 13 feb 23 but we have not recived till today no one piking my call no one reply on e mail
I think you are loosing credibility & I may not continue with your paper from next year.

I left Times of India on 31st August, 2020 and my claim for pension was lodged with RPFC Bandra Mumbai Maharashtra on 17.03.2022. However, till date I have not received any intimation from RPFC Mumbai regarding the processing of my pension. My membership number is MH/BAN/0001199/[protected]. I attained the age of superannuation on 31st May 2021.

Now for the past three months Times of India news paper is not delivered before 8am and even if done the delivery boy just throws the news paper into my gate which falls on water, mud, sump, plants and mostly if it falls on the ground the paper is bitten into pieces by dogs.
I had requested the delivery boy en-number of times to just place the news paper on my gate which is even more convenient for him however, he keeps throwing the news paper and for the past three months I hardly get to read the paper.
I had raised a complaint with the Times of India newspaper distributor for my area Mr.Gowtham Iyer (Mobile :[protected] but he too does not care even after repeated pleas.

My mobile number is [protected]. I had renewed my subscription for online Times of India news on 20/12/2022 by paying Rs. 475 online using kotak credit card on 20/12/2022. But, I get sms from the Mumbai Times of india office asking me to pay the renewal amount. It is possible that my payment hS gone to Bangalore Times of india offic since my credit card statement shows the it is paid in Bangalore.
This should be corrected and I must get news online.

My subscription for TOI ends in Oct23. However vendor has stopped paper.
I complained on crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com four days back but with no result.
How can a newspaper like TOI remain insensitive to their regular yearly subscriber over such petty issue ?
I think you are loosing credibility & I may not continue with your paper from next year.

I have been a TOI newspaper subscriber for over 10 yrs now. While trying to renew my subscription online, I noticed that my mobile number saved on the system is incorrect and wanted the customer care to update it. strangely they mention that it is not possible which is ridiculous.
Both numbers on my customer id captured by TOI are incorrect. not sure which sort of defunct systems TOI are using in this digital age. I am looking for a resolution to this issue at the earliest.

I'm residing in chennai and subscribed to times of india newspaper. The delivery was expected to start from dec 1st 2022 but it was still not started and more than 1 month i am behind the customer service team and they are not resolved the issue. If they are unable to deliver newspaper i need refund. If they are ready then i need the newspaper to be delivered for the 1 year from the date they start delivery. Please help me to solve the...

I had paid an amount for an annual subscription of Times Of India Newspaper on 08-Dec-2022. There was no response from Times Of India after the payment was done. I just received a message for an annual subscription message request. When I enquired TOI on 19-Dec-2022, I was informed that in my area annual subscription is not supported. I asked for the REFUND in that case. TOI said that it will be processed in 3 to 4 business days. But till now the REFUND has not been initiated. I am calling customer care daily, sending emails daily to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com, but of no use. From the customer care executive I just get false promises of getting back. But there is no information about the refund.

Please try to resolve this issue ASAP. I have been a Times Of India customer for the last 10 years, but am losing all the trust now. In the world of digital payments it hardly takes 3 days to refund any amount. Not sure why Times Of India is taking so long.

Just hoping that maybe the complaints is monitored by someone and someone in TOI actually cares about customer satisfaction.

I have taken 6 month subscription for physical newspaper delivery on 21st December 2022.The payment was done on that day.Still the physical delivery has not started yet.You debit the money in the name of subscription but delivery has not started.It has been 5-6 days.

We have subscribed Times of India annually from TOI, Bangalore, We are not getting it regularly, Though sent many mail to crm.[protected]@timesgroup.com we still not getting regular supply. Really very unhappy with delivery.. Even worst with the customer support. Unfortunately paid for year. Asked many times about escalation chart but not received. Customer ID BL[protected]

This is Sylvester from Chennai.
My parents reside at Trichy, Tamil Nadu and have subscribed for the annual subscription of the English daily paper.

But from 16th of Last month, they have not received the papers and the delivery person refuses to deliver the paper and is demanding for extra charges on a monthly basis to deliver the paper at the given address of No:6, Nehru Street, Ponmalaipatti, Trichy 620004.

This is not the first time this is happening since they faced the same issue last year as well.
We have heard that the delivery guys is rude to other people as well in our locality.
We have already lost 1 months subscription and need a immediate solution to this and it better be a permanent one considering the status and reach of your publication.

If this needs to be taken to a higher level or a different channel to be looked into, kindly advise the same.

If i need to make a formal complaint on this, i don't mind as well.
