I have subscribed on 07/11/2019 online Times of India Paper for 12 Months @ Rs. 720.00 . The same is schedule to be started w.e.f 01/ 01/2020 . But till date I have not received the coupons, in connection thereto.
In the meanwhile, I have shifted my residence from :

I gave chaque for my new sub scription of times of india news paper. Miss. Shivani collect my chaque from my office 15 days ago. Till date they are not replying when my subscription on. I called them several times innlast week. But they only said "hum ne bol diya hai". My paper vendor also told me nothing reply from times of india sidde. Please resolve my issue.

First 10 days the paper is not issued, with lots of complaints the paper issue to my house is started..
3 months paper issued without any problem.
After that from last 45 days paper is not issuing and i was complaint to times of india hyderabad and the complaint number is 00174375,
But sorry to say there is no response from times of india or any action...

Hi, i paid yearly subscription for times of india + maharashtra times on 24 july 2019 by paying 1462 as yearly subscription. The agency for the same is omkar newspaper agency, badlapur, maharashtra pin 421503.

The problem is we don't receive newspaper for 5-7 days every month. On asking the same to agent, he said sorry. But now, he isn't answering the call also.

Need your help on the same.

My paper disturbing person is not giving paper on some days. When we check with them, he denied to give because he said he already given paper. But i do have cctv footage where he is not dropping newspaper at doorstep of my home.
He is doing same thing every week and when we told him that we will file complaint reading this, then he said do what you want.
Request you to take some action on this

Had subscribed to toi paper online on 14th december. Paid the entire amount (Rs, 1716) for a year of subscription. I received the order confirmation with order number #ts0006891. Did not receive the paper yet! They do not respond via mail or customer care number. Customer id:- bl[protected].

We have given cheque for time + economic time but i am getting paper of times + mirror.. I have told to paper wala so many times as well as concern sales person but he is not ready to change the paper... We have not fill or sing the form.

Tried calling the chennai toi toll and national tf number no response. Sent multiple sms to their sms gateway 58888. And booked a ticket also, there...

I have paid annual subscription amount of rs.699 by cheque and was receiving times of india from the commencement date 16/07/2019 out of the blues comes a phone call informing that they have not received the subscription voucher from the newspaper vendor requesting me to provide the same soonest
The subscription voucher was handed over the the newspaper vendor in july and he has according to his telephonic confirmation handed over...

Today 19th dec toi bangalore on page 11 says 9 yr old raped in raipur... But detail says it's ambikapur which is 500 kms from raipur in north of chattisgarh... Toi is nuts or what?? Don't u guys have brains to right "in chattisgarh"

We have subscribed the toi news paper from 16 december 2019. However we are not receiving the news paper. We have shifted to new house, address verification call was received and confirmed that we will receive the news paper from 16 december at the new address but no confirmation call for receiving the news paper. We are not receiving the news paper and we are not provided the information of the delivery agent as well....

I have not received the paper for last 20 days and i have also informed about the same to head office at chennai and registered the complaint. But no further response from them

I reported a complain to your crm vide complain registry no.00168432 till date no one came from your end to my residence not only that mr. Panchanon barkandaz phone no.[protected] not picking my phone nor coming to my residence. He picked my phone when last, he told me to come to my house on 6th or 7th december 2019, but thereafter he vanished and not picking up my phone. Please fulfill your commitment like professionalism....

Multiple airlines are running practice sessions at ahmedabad airport and it’s becoming a menace to live here. I stay closer to the airport and without any kind of intimation, since last 5 days the air traffic is non stop feels like planes over my head all the time. How reluctant can the govt be towards needs of citizens who are studying and old folks trying to get some peace! I tried calling airport authorities and no one is picking up!...

It is intimated that newspaper vendor prasad newspaper agency, hadapsar, pune-411028 has been charging rs 150 instead of rs 142 and has been informing us that the extra amount is service charges.
To the best of my knowledge, service charges are not applicable for home delivery of newspapers.
Please confirm if service charges for delivery are applicable for any home delivery as the venor is insisting on the same....

I would like to bring your notice for not receiving my times of india, chennai edition newspapers copies from subscription date to till today. I have already called so many times and complaint against it on crm helpline [protected] but nobody is responding promptly and properly on the helpline even the call back executive assistant cuts the call without listening.
