I am not getting the newspaper right from the beginning. Pl return my payment back to me.

I had booked bulk booking of flight tickets with makemytrip india pvt. Ltd. For this booking there was refund of mere rs 4952 which the company owes to me. While company has been promising to refund but it's been more than 2 months but i am yet to see day light. I have brought irregularities to executive management of makemytrip india pvt ltd but they have also not been able to resolve. Can you please assist me in getting justice and avoid harrasment faced by common men of india. Let me know email i can submit all the proofs i have with me.

3. 04th, 08th, 09th 11th, 14th january 2020

From this is evident that on month of december 6 days the delivery not attempted from 31 days and in january 5 days not attempted in 14 days. The service is poor. This shows the deficiency as 20 % and 35% for december 19 and january 2020.

I had subscribed online for time of india delivery at home in the month of november 2019. Subscribed for 6 months and paid online. Got a confirmation [protected]@timesgroup.com that subscription number is ts0006281a.
I was also communicated that delivery of the paper will start from 2nd december 2019. Deliver never happened. Have called customer care service [protected] several times. Complained through their mail id crm. [protected]@timesgroup.com several times. My registered complain number is 00172451 which they had closed without any resolution. I got it reopened by calling them. I even spoke to their area manager for delivery several times. Still delivery has not started. Subscribed in november 2019 and this is january 2020 and no delivery has started. I am requesting for refund, that also they are not doing. I am feeling cheated by timesgroup.

I have made annual subscription for the supply of toi news daily vide crossed syndicate bank cheque # 202649/17.12.2019/rs.899/-, which has since been realized by you of late. I have not received even a single issue till date as per your commitment, the reason being best known to yourselves.

I am afraid, you haven't made any arrangements to commence the daily supplies, to this day.

Kindly let me know your plans if any, to start the supplies specifying therein, the supply commencement date and the last date of supply.

This time it has been more than 8 times i am communicating with you just to resolve a single issue.

I have renewed my subscription for toi, kolkata edition on 05 oct' 2019 through online. Subscription id: ko[protected]. My subscription was supposed to begin from 01 dec'2019. But, i have not yet received my coupons. Please refer to my previous complaint no: 00184023 and series of e-mails on different dates and your subsequent...

I am a resident of b203, shree ramtanu mauli chs, plot no 98, sector 1, sanpada. Since last 10days days there is changes in person so he is not distributing to my residence in spite of complain. Now he has started talking very harshly. He is the only one person who distribute news paper in our locality. My day is incomplete without news paper. Kindly look into the issue.

I have been subscribing the newspaper for the past 10yrs. Few months back we have changed the address from no:25/5 rajavelu street, perambur ch - 600011 to door no.8 plot no4 saravana enclave palaniyappa nagar 5th street, madhavaram, chennai 600060. We have informed the agent (Mr. Gajendran, madhavaram incharge) about the address change. From december 1, 2019 they have received the change info and started delivering the newspaper till 4th jan 2020. From 5th jan 2020 onwards the newspaper weren't delivered though i have renewed the newspaper subscription (Paid online through the times group online subscription services on 29 dec 2019).

Kindly instruct the agent to deliver the newspaper asap or return my payment

I subscribed for newspaper delivery with times of india. My subscription was scheduled to start from december 2019 and to go till may 2020.
I didn't receive the newspapers in the first entire week and from then on, i received it on a few days and missed it on most days.in the last 34 days, that i was subscribed to receive the papers, it was actually delivered to me on a total of 15 days, which is not even half of the entire span.
I have sent numerous emails to the times group asking to cancel my subscription and refund my money. They do not respond to emails. You have to send them atleast 5/6 emails after which, if you are lucky, they will respond with something trivial actions they are taking, like escalating your issue to higher authorities, which means nothing for you and doesn't do you any help.
I've been in this situation since more than one month.in my 6 month subscription, one month has already gone and 5 remain. At this point, i just want to have my money back and avail the newspaper from the local vendors.
Highly disappointed. Times of india doesn't value their customers, their time or their feedback.

We have paid yearly subscription till 22.06.2020, yet facing the below problems in getting the newspaper daily:

1. There is no person to deliver the newspaper to the home so we are forced to go to the vendor and collect daily.
2. If we go little late after attending our other personal work, the paper is over and sometimes we need to fight to get other paper. Paid for toi and getting hindu newspaper.
3. Last month also we raised one complaint. Refer the id: 2280052 for more clarity.

If the same persists we will be forced to claim refund for the remaining period.

I have subscribed on 07/11/2019 online Times of India Paper for 12 Months @ Rs. 720.00 . The same is schedule to be started w.e.f 01/ 01/2020 . But till date I have not received the coupons, in connection thereto.
In the meanwhile, I have shifted my residence from :

156, Sarat Bose Road. Kolkata-700029 to
P-16/4, Purna Das Road . Kolkata- 700029, about 300 Meter away.
So, I would like to request you to supply the Coupons [I] Early [II] To my new Address .
An early action with intimation to my this E-Mail ID will be highly appreciated.

I gave chaque for my new sub scription of times of india news paper. Miss. Shivani collect my chaque from my office 15 days ago. Till date they are not replying when my subscription on. I called them several times innlast week. But they only said "hum ne bol diya hai". My paper vendor also told me nothing reply from times of india sidde. Please resolve my issue.

I have been watching news hour first and Attar the host doesnot seem to be doing a clean job. He seems biased one way. And at some points even meaning to say that the govt is not democratically elected. How can a news host be doing that? Instead of present facts he appears to be building and creating a story. And that too one sided. Is this the policy of time of india to build stories or to present facts as a news channel based on what they happen to support that day or do they try to present the facts.

I'm subscriber for 1 year, my contact number is [protected].
First 10 days the paper is not issued, with lots of complaints the paper issue to my house is started..
3 months paper issued without any problem.
After that from last 45 days paper is not issuing and i was complaint to times of india hyderabad and the complaint number is 00174375,
But sorry to say there is no response from times of india or any action from local paper distributor or dealer..
This is damaging the times of india brand..
So please take necessary action and issue the paper to my house as soon as possible.. And extend the 02 months free of my subscription period.

My feedback is the local distributor is not professional.

Hope times of india will definitely take action...

This is to bring to your notice that the people are replying to the comment on the post which is an inappropriate comment. Why cant you take a strict action against these people and i am unable to reply to their comment as well. If this is so i need to think about it again. This is the comment which was replied

Hi, i paid yearly subscription for times of india + maharashtra times on 24 july 2019 by paying 1462 as yearly subscription. The agency for the same is omkar newspaper agency, badlapur, maharashtra pin 421503.

The problem is we don't receive newspaper for 5-7 days every month. On asking the same to agent, he said sorry. But now, he isn't answering the call also.

Need your help on the same.

Hi team,

My paper disturbing person is not giving paper on some days. When we check with them, he denied to give because he said he already given paper. But i do have cctv footage where he is not dropping newspaper at doorstep of my home.
He is doing same thing every week and when we told him that we will file complaint reading this, then he said do what you want.
Request you to take some action on this

Had subscribed to toi paper online on 14th december. Paid the entire amount (Rs, 1716) for a year of subscription. I received the order confirmation with order number #ts0006891. Did not receive the paper yet! They do not respond via mail or customer care number. Customer id:- bl[protected].

Please either provide the service or refund the amount.
