I have paid annual subscription amount of rs.699 by cheque and was receiving times of india from the commencement date 16/07/2019 out of the blues comes a phone call informing that they have not received the subscription voucher from the newspaper vendor requesting me to provide the same soonest
The subscription voucher was handed over the the newspaper vendor in july and he has according to his telephonic confirmation handed over the same to the concerned at the times of india.
I have sent a email to the concerned giving the date of payment amount, bank details etc.
However for none of my fault i am not receiving the newspaper for the last three days???
The vendor says he has given times says they did not receive
Why should i suffer after making full payment in advance.
Are they going to effect refund for the three days???
I cannot believe a company with a reputation of times is cheating public in such a manner

Today 19th dec toi bangalore on page 11 says 9 yr old raped in raipur... But detail says it's ambikapur which is 500 kms from raipur in north of chattisgarh... Toi is nuts or what?? Don't u guys have brains to right "in chattisgarh"

U guys do the same for all political news... So far i dint see any clear cut sentences from. Caa bill clarifying the doubts in the minds of people written in news paper and appeal to students that they r wrong.

We have subscribed the toi news paper from 16 december 2019. However we are not receiving the news paper. We have shifted to new house, address verification call was received and confirmed that we will receive the news paper from 16 december at the new address but no confirmation call for receiving the news paper. We are not receiving the news paper and we are not provided the information of the delivery agent as well.

I have not received the paper for last 20 days and i have also informed about the same to head office at chennai and registered the complaint. But no further response from them

Since then now almost a week has been passed from the date of complaint but, till no remedies has been found.

I have purchase the yearly subscription under times of india daily news paper but for the last 20 days i haven't

Contacted the almost 3 agents but no solution arrived from them

I reported a complain to your crm vide complain registry no.00168432 till date no one came from your end to my residence not only that mr. Panchanon barkandaz phone no.[protected] not picking my phone nor coming to my residence. He picked my phone when last, he told me to come to my house on 6th or 7th december 2019, but thereafter he vanished and not picking up my phone. Please fulfill your commitment like professionalism.

Multiple airlines are running practice sessions at ahmedabad airport and it’s becoming a menace to live here. I stay closer to the airport and without any kind of intimation, since last 5 days the air traffic is non stop feels like planes over my head all the time. How reluctant can the govt be towards needs of citizens who are studying and old folks trying to get some peace! I tried calling airport authorities and no one is picking up! This is the state of affairs in gujarat, ahmedabad!

I renewed toi newspaper yearly subscription on 16/09/19 (Customer id ko[protected]. Subsequently i received sms confirmation of subscription renewal on 20/09/19.

Now two and half months later i am yet to receive the subscription coupon even after umpteenth calling of assistance number ([protected]) where i was always promised a callback which never materialise. I tried to call [protected] (Phone no provided in subscription renewal reminder email), which is never picked up. One ms prerona called from +[protected] on 20/11/19 and after hearing everything she promised to sort everything and call me back in 48 hours. Forget about calling back, later whenever i am calling this number, no one is even picking up phone.

In the meantime my subscription has started on 16/10/19 and my newspaper vendor is insisting that if i can not provide coupon then i better pay cash.

And i have realised while toi are very keen and helpful in collecting money, they are very averse to provide service/goods for that collected money. This is actually fraudulent business practice.

I expect the subscription coupons to be delivered without any delay.

I have already paid the amount for 2 years TOI news paper but I haven't received the coupon yet. It's already been 30 days passed for my payment.

It is intimated that newspaper vendor prasad newspaper agency, hadapsar, pune-411028 has been charging rs 150 instead of rs 142 and has been informing us that the extra amount is service charges.
To the best of my knowledge, service charges are not applicable for home delivery of newspapers.
Please confirm if service charges for delivery are applicable for any home delivery as the venor is insisting on the same.

I would like to bring your notice for not receiving my times of india, chennai edition newspapers copies from subscription date to till today. I have already called so many times and complaint against it on crm helpline [protected] but nobody is responding promptly and properly on the helpline even the call back executive assistant cuts the call without listening.
My subscription id is [protected] copy start date 24.10.2019 for which i have paid an amount of rs. 599/- towards 12months subscription through jammu and kashmir bank cheque no. 072514 regarding this i have received a confirmation letter from your side on 27 november 2019 which has 3 subscription commencement coupon which also imprinted vendor details i. E. Paulraj a v10062.

There is an agency name riya news paper agency in new gurgaon (Vill bhangrola, imt manesar) who charges extra rs 40 for delivering the newspaper to our door step. I lived in palam vihar for 12 years and never ever paid any delivery charges. Why it is here in new gurgaon?

Not only delivery charges, vendor monu yadav, maha singh yadav and neeraj yadav are taking the monthly charges in advance.

When we asked why...

My son ansh hemant kanjarbhat played harris sheild from ryan international school goregaon east. He scored 51 runs. His name was wrongly printed on friday sports page his name was printed hemanth kaur bhat. I tried calling editorial number but couldn't get any help. I was told from office to call in afternoon it's been 3 days i am trying to get in touch.

Toi is becoming worse. I paid the amount on oct 19. Till now they didn't start the paper. For a month they said the application was rejected. I use to call their irresponsible customer service daily.

Finally got a confirmation email on nov 16 that it will start on nov 18. But the address entered by the application collector is wrong. Now story is back to day 1.

No response to the emails as usual. Not sure why they have a crm email id.

I don't know how they are still stuck in 1900 era. For a paper subscription you take months time, when we are in a era where the grocery gets delivered in 2 hours. Learn from them at-least you pathetic company.

I'll look for few more days and sue you toi.

I have placed the below order for newspaper but haven't got the newspaper. The payment was done in aug 2019 and now is nov end. Also their is no communication from their end. If they can't manage this infra then why are they asking for online payment, i could have asked my local newspaper vendor better.
This is the worst mistake i did subscribing online. I have tried reaching their customer care number of times. The guy on the other end never gives proper solution, they don't even have proper customer care support. Really pathetic service.

Which we have issued a cheque in the name of Times of India on the month of Aug19 for yearly subscription advance payment, the same the company cleared from my bank account, but till date they are not providing daily news paper. many times made telephonic complaint but they no prompt action was taken, also sent continue emails, but till date i am not getting daily news paper

In chennai-37, mogappair eri scheme, the times of india news paper was lately received by 8.30 a. M for the past 15 days. The news agent was not even take the calls. Take appropriate arrangements to send the paper by 6.30 a. M everey day. Cross check to ensure proper receipt of the paper by the customers. Some days the paper was changed instead of times of india with other english paper. These kind of attitudes by the agents may decrease the circulation.

I subscribed the service from april 2019 onwards, last month oct 2019 i requested to address change from mudichur, chennai to urapakkam 603202. But still service not getting, i raised 5 to 6 complaint tickets through email. But no one resolved till now, more than 1 month am following with respective suplier mr. Maharajan [protected]. I don't know what is the challenge to continue the service with different address. Even i asked with sales executive at the time of subscription regarding my address change. He accepted at the time then only i bought this service. My mobile number [protected]
