The person who delivers the newspaper to our place has told us to provide him the order id else he would not supply the newspaper even after paying for the subscription. Did not receive an acknowledgement for the online subscription for toi for rs. 599. Nobody answers the customer id as well. How do we resolve this issue?. We have subscribed for news paper under yearly discount offer on 8/01/2019 via cheque for rs.849.00 with one mr. Kallayya who came to our door step to collect the subscription, and was told that by 10th on wards the papers will be dispatched, but none of them turned back till 15th. We have changed address in the month of january and we have given request and proof for the change of address, we were also informed that copies would be delivered from jan 16 2019.

I have deposited a cheque (No.513948) of amount rs 895 through my news paper vendor in the month of jul 18. The cheque was deposited to my bank in the month of october 18 and therefore got returned by the bank stating that it got deposited after expiry of three months. The bank charged rs 177/- for this returning of cheque. Due to this delay i had to pay my news paper vendor a sum of rs 525/- for the three months. This loss of rs 525+177/-=...

Sir, i am a new joinee customer of times of india paper daily in my village taldangra, dist-bankura, pin-722152. But today, when i went to get it, they overcharged it by 6 rupees and denied to provide me the economics paper along with it. This paper value given is rs/-4 and will be rs/-6 if i take econimics time with it. But they take 6 rupees but dont take the economics time, rather they directly inform to report or call in your office....

For the past couple of months, the times of india newspaper wasn't delivered at the right time. Sometimes, i am forced to visit the shop to get the newspaper. I am residing at ambattur and my subscription id is [protected]. The ambattur toi agent, gopinath is ineffectual and reckless. I would like to get back my money, if the concerned individuals cannot deliver the newspaper between 06:30 a. M to 7:00 a. M....

I am regular subscriber of ToI + MM. In Jan 2018 your agent took Rs.1, 699/- for Subscription from Apr 2018 to Mar 2019 & bill for that attached.
In 2018 end your agent again came & took Rs.1, 800/- stating that as per scheme for[protected], I need to pay now & that I paid. However despite reminders he did not give bill.

Being at senior management position in etv, ramoji film city-hyderabad and being regular reader of toi since last 20 years, now because of the callous attitude of distributor and the non commital behaviour of area manager mr.
