My name is santosh with bp number - [protected]. I have renewed my times of india news paper subscription about 3 months ago and received an acknowledgement via postal mail confirming my renewal. I have called multiple times to chennai office[protected] and every time somebody answered had apologized but did not do anything to fix the problem. I was promised and told that somebody would contact me and the issue with non delivery of newspaper will be fixed. But till date it has been more than 3 months now and nothing had happened but to be hopeless and forget about the money that was paid towards subscription. If somebody is reviewing this complaint please take strict action against all those who are responsible for this. Not sure what the problem is but the way this system functions is just not right. This is cheating customers by nicely collecting subscription fee and have no monitoring mechanism in place to ensure that customers are receiving the newspaper delivery. I am very upset and frustrated with this please help me fix this. Thank you!

I have renewed my yearly subscription of the time of india newspaper but haven't received newspaper yet. I have been a subscriber for the last one year. The phone number given by times of india[protected] is never attended. Not sure why you give such numbers with timings and waster customers valuable time. Resolve this issue asap or give my money back. My customer id is [protected]

I am hirdesh shrivastava, and my address is flat no. 904 aakash apartment, sector -46 faridabad. I have taken subscription of toi newspaper and submitted cheque no.531755 (Pnb), which has been debitted on[protected].in the fevour of bennett coleman co. For the rs. Of 895/-. Sir till date no coupans has received and newpaper has not started, threrefore i request you kindly do needful in this regard... Or pl return my money...

I am a toi customer for past 3 years.
For last one year the delivery of news paper is very inconsistent.
In fact i have complained in toi help line more than 4 times and only temporary action are taken.

Even now last 2 days the paper was not delivered and there is no responsible persons to contact in our area.

I am asking why we have to suffer for this poor service and please take note thetoi agents are very prompt in collecting the subscription fees.

I need a permanent solution and if not please refund the subscription fees.

I am a toi reader since many years & facing the below problems in chennai from several years. Neither your customer relation team nor one mr. Purushotaman (Your staff whom i spoke) nor your vendors sort out the issue. Several times in past & from last 3 days i didn't receive the news paper. Your crm chennai helpline[protected] never bother to attend the call & poor vendor says he didn't get his payment from your office, so is unable to deliver the newspaper.
If you people are not able to solve your basic issues from several years why for you are collecting money with false assurances. Its really pathetic to get false commitments from toi to sort out the issue. If you are incapable to deliver the news paper refund my money immidiately.

My account has been debited with an amount of rs.895/- for yearly subscription coupon on 11.10.2018 and i have been issued subscription id no.[protected] on 02/10/2017 via sms to my registered mobile.
Till today i haven't received the coupon.

Kindly take necessary action for earliest disposal of my complaint.

Times of india has started a new column phireyeshokoljata com. They are inviting readers to share their experiences about the changing face of kolkata.

They have created a link where readers can submit their articles through gmail / facebook / whatsapp

I am a freelance writer and blog regularly in fb and sulekha and other sites

Yesterday i tried to login to phireyeshokolkata.com and submit my article. None of the 3 options - gmail / fb/ whatsapp was working.

A newspaper must be keen on receiving and publishing articles from traders. Toi has set a bad precedent.

Please ensure that readers are submit articles without any problem. The publication of the same is your prerogative.

Subscription not coming on new address and no reply on emails and phone from last 45 days

Writing to you with utter disappointment. I took new subscription and later requested for address change as i shifted office.

Nobody and literally no response on the telephone nos provided. Written emails have no action and it has been 45 days that i have shifted and newspaper service has not started.

Really unfair and unprofessional service standards exhibited by toi. Very very disappointing.

I have taken new subscription (No. [protected]) of times of india, the cheque was given in 27/09/2018, but till today i am not receive paper. I asked vendor why are you not start times of india, he told me at company list your name not found, so i could not deliver.
When your sales girl call me i told him paper will be start from 1st. November'18. She agreed.
Now i decided not required newspaper & refund me my yearly subscription amount as early as possible.

I have subscribed to toi with subscription number as [protected], but the paper delivery has not yet started.

I even sent an sms "toisubs" to 58888 and i received reply that someone will get back to me. But nothing happened so far.

Few days back, i even contacted the person who collected the cheque and i was said that the delivery will start from tomorrow, but nothing happened.

Please look into the matter.

I bought 2 years subscription of toi in july and gave a cheque of rs.1, 393 and the amount debited from my hsbc account on 25th july 2018 but i still not received any coupons from your end.

I have sent so many messages at 58888 and every time received a message from your end that some will contact me from your end but nothing has happened till date, it has been already more than 3 months.

I have paid for annual subscription through a walk-in agent at my office

First... I have received coupons almost in 3rd week of august stating the 1st coupon starts from august’18 and the agent told me they have informed the delivery agent to start toi as we were using ht

Even i called my vendor to start but it is of no use and till date the ht is continued.

Please let me know who is responsible for this mess and 3 months which are lost and now the 4th month

Request to refund my annual subscription cost and cancel these coupons and loss of 3 months which i will end up paying for full cost for ht

This was registered thru to mail to chandigarh office... Multiple calls... And many promise from their side... But seems this is way they work

Can i get my my refund so that i can subscribe hindustan times also these three lost months to be paid for

I am annual subscriber since four years at musheerabad, hyderabad. For the past ten days i am not recieving the paper. I compalined to the customer care number at hyderabad, the lady who picked up the phone said she will inform the manager accordingly, but nothing happened. I tried to contact the agent every time he says monday onwrads you will get. So many mondays passed but the paper has not come till date, a complacency from agent can be expected but a complacanceny from the prestigious daily of the country is ridiculous. Till now for the past 15 days i am not getting the paper. Can some adress this issue?

Today i have started subscription of times of india daily newspaper at my home.
Can you please advise me the applicable monthly subscription charges of times of india at hanumangarh-335513 centre, rajasthan. Here vendor charges rs. 220/- per month which seems too be at higher side. Please resolve the isse as soon as possible. Why are you (Toi) taking road transport charges that is making it much expansive.

I have made a subscription from 16.05.18-15.05.19 and have paid rs599 for a 12 months plan but since one month have received no newspapers and had been caused the inconvenience due to the same. I would be glad if my complaint is addressed as soon as possible. Vendor's name samuel. I have shifted my residence on 15th oct. Have asked local agent to shift my delivery but has not happened yet. Pls change my delivery address from 6/80 daulatnagar, thane east to
B705, caviana, hiranandani estate, patlipada, thana west 400607. Pls do so immly as pending from 17th oct. As this is your own complaint i hope you will resolve it immediately.

I paid Rs.699 for 12 months toi newspaper subscription coupon on 19.08.2018 from UBI bank which has been encased by you.But i have not yet received the requisite coupons up-til now. i tried to contact customer care telephone number on different times and dates. But they didn't respond to my calls.Please deliver the coupon within three days otherwise i will have to take drastic action.

I, tamajit hazra, a times of india reader and subscriber, already paid subscription on 1 sep 2018 through idbi bank and got a bp no. [protected] in sms, also got a message from your end by wishing me thanks for subscription on 4 october 2018 in sms, but still i have not got any coupons from you, and on 27 october 2018 i got a message that my toi subscription got lapsed.

Please look into the matter at your earliest.

This is to inform you that i am not getting toi news paper since 7th october even after renewing subscription.

I raised complaint for this so many times on crm helpline no.[protected].

But still my complaint not resolved. If your team is not able to resolve my complaint then cancel my subscription and proceed for my refund.

I don't want to avail this service anymore if not able to resolve this issue.
