I am pankaj Kumar. My times of India paper subscription no is [protected]. My subscription amount Rs.895 has been deducted from my account vide cheque no.944151 on 14 August. After a laps of 15 days I have not received my subscription coupon on my residential address. Kindly check it and resolve the issue urgently.

I took the subscription in september 2017 and till now from 23rd august have not received even a single copy of the newspaper. I am receiving news paper from 1st of october, there is one full month is still remaining i have to receive newspaper. I reached out to the concerned person but he is also not helping in the matter properly. The numbers available online for the customer care are also not working. I would like to bring to your notice that the newspaper vendor in ardee city, sector 52, gurgaon is "raj singh newspaper agencies". Please register the below complains and provide a resolution to this. Also suggest where can i file a legal complaint against this vendor.

I have a standing complaint with your office and have been asking them to refund the annual subscription charges after deducting the due amount from the day of renewal to the last supply of newspaper. I am provat kr mukhopadhyay regular reader of times of lndia and booked
Megha booking scheem, booked in address ; house no, 216, l block, gali no 7b, mahipalpur, new delhi - 110037.

From the month may 2018 i have shifted to ; g block, flat no - 273, ground floor, sector -57, sushant lok - ii, gurugram, haryana.

As per the reference received from the vendor shri narander at sushant lok,
I had called mr gulia of your department saying the status and req, uested for delivery of news paper, and he had advised to talk to mr chibber, on calling to mr chibber, promised me for delivery of news paper at my current address, after waiting 7 days, while calling mr chibber, he is asking me to pay rs 40/- every month to the vendor, over and above the coupon of lmegha booking, then i called vendor shri narender kumar, he says times of india suppose to pay rs 300/- which will not be given to him by times of india
And asking me to pay him rs 300/-
While booking megha i have been told the coupon will valid the coupon is valid for delhi, gurugram, noida,

My question is from the month of may am complaining and 3 and half month is over is my coupon will be extended for further?

When i will get a soluation of the above?

Even after making the entire payment, my airtell fixedline issue is not resolved from past 16 days. False promises by airtel. I don't have internet connection at home for the past 2 weeks. It's giving me mental torture and i'm getting into depression. Please help.

In spite of paying for annual subscription, up front for one year, the delivery is very inconsistent. The area manager and delivery agent dont even pick up the phone. To put it in a simple word, the name toi does not have any relevance with the way they do service to the consumers. Very bad and pathetic service.

Worst part is if you try to call the crm number provided in the email, you will get a busy response. So you will be left with nothing to do.

Please avoid paying advance to these kind of brands. They exploit you with their big names and do nothing

I am not receiving times of India Newspaper for the last 10 days. One Ramesh Babu: his Mobile no.[protected], was the agent. My house is in east wing. He is able to supply for west wing, but I am the only one in east wing, so his boys are not coming to supply paper just for my house alone. My ID No.24590950. Please help me in getting the paper regularly

I regret to draw you attention that your representative came to my residence at a/51 vip park, flat no 201, 2nd floor, kolkata-700101 rs.699/- being yearly subscription for 1 year from 15th august 2018. But till date neither the supply the supply of toi has started nor coupons are delivered till date. A lady from your kolkata office had assured me that nothing to worry. The ll no is[protected]. I had given a cheque of 365 to traine on 28-06-18 and the amount was deducted from my account on 02-07-18. Still i didn't get any call for subscription or not get any coupon nor newspaper.
When i contact with them they said they didn't get any cheque.
I also provide bank detail and the slip for reference but they are not agree with this and refused to process for subscription.

Very very bad experience with times of india newspaper. I booked ur newspaper through ur executive jyoti chawla under rs 365/ per annum and surprise gift scheme in the month of june and paid rs 365 through cheque which is cleared after few days till then i am waiting for your newspaper but till today no services received for times of india newspaper. I contacted with ur executive jyoti chawla many times she always gave me assurance that newspaper will start in couple of days but no newspaper of times of india received. Last time i called her then she gave me contact no of mr suraj i called him he asked send ur details on whatsapp i sent but no newspaper of times of india received till today. I reminded mr suraj 2-3 times on whatsapp and called him but no call is attended.
So after this type of bad experience with times of india newspaper now i have no hope of receiving ur newspaper and now i also not interested in starting ur newspaper.
I kindly request you to pls refund my money.

I have paid for the annual subscription of newspaper for toi back in february 2018. The cheque has been cleared of my bank account in march 2018. Till now (August 13th, 2018) i have not received the coupons.

I had made numerous calls to the cust support number for subscription: ([protected]). Only one the call was picked and i was assured that the issue will re resolved in 48 hours. Two weeks have passed since then and neither the issue is resolved nor i am able to get anyone to speak on the above number.

It seems ridiculous that i have to keep following up even after the money has been paid and the coupons have not arrived yet.

There is no news paper delivery by the concerned vendor to me. The concerned is irregular for news paper deliveries and forcefully asking for the coupons well in advance before the due period or date regularly.

The deliveries and collection people has misbehaved and told us that only toi will come and supply you the news papers.

I am already getting the e news paper free of cost from different publisher nationally and internationally so there is no need further to be in hold of your distribution system with such a bad team for handling the customers.

So you are requested to refund my balance amount or advise some other vendor to continue the deliveries to me. I am regular customer for your publications from last two years at this new location.

We are really shame on your service provider. We have paid yearly basis service but more than 3 months we are not received paper..
After so many follow up we received paper again last 25 days we are not received paper.
We felt wrongly selected the advance payment options.

Need immediate call back from senior manager/customer complaint team

I have not received till date the 12 monthly coupons against my annual subscription towards your news paper which was due in the month of july and you have confirmed my subscription vide your sms on 18.07.2018 on my phone no [protected]. My vendor is pressing hard for coupon which i can not hand over since you have failed to deliver. Please tak immediate action.

I have given cheque No.012734 dated[protected] of SBI for two years subscription of English Newspaper Times of India on dated[protected] to your executive. I have received Subscription No.[protected] through SMS.
Two months have been passed but Newspaper Coupons are not received.
It is requested to kindly look into the matter and settle the grievance immediately please.

I have placed an order for subscription to Times of India newspaper on 21.6.2018. I have been told by the newspaper agent that paper will be supplied from 01.07.2018. Till date i.e 07.08.2018, i have not received newspaper to my flat. I have been contacting the newspaper agent and regional office for newspaper but it is of no use. Payment of Rs.500/- was collected from me as subscription charges . Please try to resolve the issue. I request a refund of the money which I paid as subscription charges. Order Number 02874
